훌륭한 호텔이었고, 비행 전 짧은 시간 머물기에는 최고였습니다. 하지만 직원들이 영어를 잘 못했어요. 지하 강 투어를 예약하려고 했는데, 리셉션 직원이 아직 확정되지 않았다며 예약 확정 후에 결제하라고 했습니다. 또 여행의 목적과 어떤 옷을 가져가야 할지 물었더니 동굴은 추우니 긴 옷을 가져가라고 했습니다. 저녁 8시에 마지막으로 예약 문의를 했더니 아직 확정되지 않았다며 알려주겠다고 했습니다. 아무도 알려주지 않았습니다! 아침 6시 50분에 기사님이 저희를 픽업하러 오겠다고 했지만, 저희는 확정을 받지 못해 잠을 자고 있었습니다. 기사님이 영어를 잘 못해서 오해가 있었던 것 같습니다. 오늘은 저를 탓하며 예약금을 내라고 하네요...

우리가 거기에 도착했을 때, 그들은 우리에게 환영 음료를 주었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 감사합니다. 좋은 경험이었습니다.

Hôtel Cepi, 오래 기다리는 레스토랑, 아침 식사 없음, 뷔페 없음, 주문하기만 하면 작습니다.

장소는 아늑하고, 방은 넓고, 음식은 훌륭했습니다! 수영장도 좋았습니다! 저는 제 숙박을 즐겼습니다.

We enjoyed our stay thanks Acacia Tree Garden Hotel!

They don't keep the cleanliness of surroundings, request for drinking water was not given immediately, hot shower is not working, refused to give airport service the first time they were asked although it is stated that the free shuttle service is available from 8am to 5pm.

This hotel is close to town via tricycle. Do not worry about customer service because they are always there to help you. If you have any questions, just ask the front desk or any employees who work at Acacia and they will happily help you. The room, I am very happy about the room, very clean, fresh linen, and towels are also available. Their restaurant is open and they are willingly serving good quality food. Breakfast is included and it is delicious! Their swimming pool is gorgeous and swimming in warm water is the cherry on top for my 2019 vacation. I can't wait to go back!

From check in to check out, everything went smooth! Very nice people!

The ambiance of the hotel is great.. very cozy. Hotel room is huge, bathroom is clean and shower flow is great too! In addition, the pool is open until 10pm!!!

Great place to stay when in Puerto.

Quite different from our expectation since we expect this is a big place. it's just a mini resort in palawan. Stuffs is ok, very accommodating. ambiance is ok, quite fine amenities is ok also.

Nice room. Only comment is about the breakfast since breakfast is continental, the egg station should be the best part. What happened was, the chef did not cook the eggs right.

My mother left money in the room but fortunately it was still intact though there is no safekeeping box provided. Overall stay was great except for breakfast.

Front Office Staff was not attentive.

Affordable prices for the meals. Friendly staff and chill-out environment.
