저는 환승 라운지에 머물렀습니다. 늦은 밤에 도착해서 음식 선택의 폭이 제한적일 수 있다는 점은 이해합니다. 몇 시간 후 아침 식사가 나왔는데, 계란은 너무 덜 익었고 종류도 다양하지 않았습니다. 서양에서 오신 분이라면 다른 곳에서 식사를 하시는 걸 추천합니다.

자정 환승 시간에 다음 비행기를 기다리며 잠시 이곳에서 쉬었습니다. 체크인 시간은 유연하고, 와이파이도 잘 되고, 음식도 괜찮습니다. 다만 좌석이 그다지 편안하지 않아서 오래 쉬지는 못했습니다.

의자 커버를 교체해야 했고, 어떤 것은 찢어지기도 했습니다.

하이데라바드로 가는 길에 앰버서더 라운지에 3시간 동안 머물렀습니다. 음식은 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 선택지가 많았습니다. 좌석은 좋지 않았습니다. 외부 소파가 훨씬 편안했습니다. TV는 꽤 평범했습니다. 소파를 리클라이너와 풋 레스트로 교체하는 것을 제안합니다. TV는 선명했습니다. 하지만 아무것도 들리지 않았습니다. 남인도 양말이 없었습니다. 추가하는 것을 제안합니다. Travelok 가격이 매우 좋습니다. 보안 인터넷을 사용하는 것을 제안합니다. 충전소가 충분했습니다. 각 의자에 커플이 있었습니다.

의자가 편안하지 않아요. 끔찍해요. 긴장을 풀 수가 없어요.

The transit purpose stay was satisfying. The lounge is comfy with lots of delicious food.

The area is good. Shower is good. Foods are below standard.

Terhalang tidak bisa exit Singapore jadi tidak bisa tinggal di hotel harus balik. Indonesia karena kendala visa ica salah nulis berapa di Singapore ditulis cuma sehari.

Steve from t2 ambassador transit lounge was very helpful and accommodative. T2 lounge is quiter compare to T3. Shower facility and toilet are very clean and well maintained.

Decent place to spend few hours in Changi. Would be good if during evening to early morning they allocate section for people who need to rest/quick sleep by turn off some lights.

The food is bad. The lounge is average. The only good thing about this lounge is their toilet and shower. It is clean.

my team cannot use the transit facility, must book the hotel first 😔

1. Sofa bed not provided as advertised 2. Aircon too cold especially for transit passengers staying through the nite till morning 3. No blankets provided It would have been same if not better occupying empty seats outside to transit rather than the lounge

Good place for stay, it's too cold in the evening after 12:00, food are ok, always available, Unfortunately there's no separation place for drying the hair, there supposed to be a special room tor the make up & drying the hair especially for the women who wear hijab. Because after I wash my hair, I have to go to common area to dry my hair, while all the man passing by. Apart from that, the service and everything are ok

I am very happy here because I can rest comfortably

Room is too small and I need to wait till 00.00 am for my room while I did indicate in my message that requesting check in at 8 pm

It is not the hotel but the lounge.. No room unless you pay extra.

It's very quiet, clean, and convenient, very good.
