침대 폼이 오래돼서 새벽 4시까지 잠을 잘 수 없어요. 몸과 얼굴 전체가 가려워요. 모기인지 진드기인지 모르겠어요. 변기에서 새 냄새가 나고, 수도꼭지가 녹슬었고, 온수기가 작동하지 않아요. 전화 신호음도 없고, 에어컨도 없어요. 오전 4시 12분에 확인해도 여전히 스트레스 받고 잠을 잘 수 없어요.😓 불면증 때문에 예정된 날짜에 일찍 체크아웃할 거예요. 체크아웃 날짜는 2024년 7월 1일이지만, 침대가 가려워서 불편해서 아마 6월 29일에 체크아웃할 거예요.

Spacious and the place is very convenient as it is located at the heart of Baguio Session Road. The staff are so nice and provided needs that we've requested for. Note that the room is not air conditioned. Comfortable place to stay. Will stay here again soon!

Ganda ng view sa lounge area per floor. Under maintenance nila, nakakapagod umakyat baba, pero hndi naman nakaapekto sa pagstay namin. Overall experience is superb! Super accommodating at mababait ang staff nila. Thank you, La Brea Inn! Highly recommended. we'll definitely come back! ☺️

The bathroom is a bit filthy. There were flies in the bathroom! I wonder if they change the linens. I woke up in the middle of the night coughing so hard. Looks like my allergy was triggered.

The hotel is good because it is located along session road and very accessible to almost tourist attractions near like burnham. Walking distance also to SM and night market. During our stay, every time we get hungry we just go down and there are lot of different restaurants to choose from.

Had a great stay, as always. It's my third time staying at La Brea and first time booking via traveloka. La Brea never fails.

The staff are all accomodating. Really cares for their customers. Room is cleaned. Restroom is also cleaned. Safe hotel to stay. Reasonable price even during festivities such as Panagbenga. Its actually a dream come true to stay here. The location is in Session Road. What a superb location! By the way, they have free COFFEE, they have service water, they have ice, lots of it. And all you need is a big tumbler.

It 's pretty convenient here at La Brea Inn. Strategic that it 's in Session Road, and helpful that it has a restaurant (with good food and drinks) downstairs. Prices are afforable. Better book early cause I think the place is almost always packed.

The service was great, the staffs were very accomodating, and location was convenient since it ' s located in sess rd. Overall, it was a great experience.

1. Hotel is not accessible to PWD. 2. Elevator is on the 2nd floor that you have to use stairs to access the elevator. 3. you cannot elevator going up to 6th floor, but. not accessible going down. refer pictures with signs. 4. Dirty Hotel

Pros. The place is easy to locate. It is very accessible to the tourist destinations and very near to the jeepney terminal. The hotel provides bottle of water, small soap and bath towel. Bathroom shower heater and flush are working very well. They provide free unlimited service such as mineral water, hot water and ice water with utensils provided which is located at the reception area. After check out time, you can put your heavy luggages at the lobby area. CONS Hotel staff are not gentleman, lacks customer service and slack off. Staffs are just watching movies on their phone and chit chatting all the time while the guests are at the lobby. Not willing to initiate to help you carry your many heavy luggages and said to the co-staff: "Ayaw ko makiaalam jan." when they saw you carry your many heavy luggages. They should have initiated to ask for help because this is basic common respect principle Staff will ask you to surrender the keys to the front line everytime you go out to the hotel premises. The pillow and mattress is too hard; difficult to sleep at night. No aircon just electric fan. - Overall, my stay experience is okay. The place is is very simple and do not put high standards on it. I like more on the accessibility and they imposed strict regulations. They put their guests on top of their list by providing services such as water refill and putting lugggages at reception after your check out. Though what I dislike most is the service of their staffs, lacks initiative. The staff should be trained more on hotel industry and be knowledgeeable on their job description. Because the business is in the tourism industry.

Although elevators were not functioning as we were kn the 6th floor, room is very spacious, and hotel is very secured and situated in the center of Baguio City.

Place was accessible & you'll get your money's worth.. Also front desk were accommodating. They allowed my parents to have early check in.

Place was totally different as I expected. Linen and bed cover were not really clean.

I didn’t like the floor it was so sticky and toilet was so dirty.

Cheap place at the busy session road! Everything is just around the corner. Very strategic location ❤️

The inn has a good location at Session Road. The bar at the second floor is noisy and the elevator is not good rather not working for we still have to use the stairs which is very hard for us two senior citizens. The color of the beddings/linens are not pleasing to the eyes so with the towels. And the toilet/bathroom is always wet for there is a leak down at the back of the toilet bowl.
