Overall hotel condition is acceptable since the price is not costly. Service needs improvement as we requested for mineral water the next day but it were never being refilled until we checked out. Requested for morning call at 6am, ended up the call was received at 6.30am.

The hotel location is very convenient & strategist. Nearby shopping complexes, food stalls, restaurants etc.

great place for staying. near to permaisuri mall. room is clean. the room is more than what I expected because of price is like budget hotel

The hotel looks so nice and new for the outside look but the inside the room look so old. And no one clean my room that time. This is the first and last I stay at there.

Bilik penginapan 111, aras pertama sangat bising sehingga membuat sya tidak dapat tido, oleh kerana ada satu kedai kopi yang beroperasi sampai jm1am. Toilet pula bau simen yang lembap dan tiada ventilation dan harap tingkap kecil dalam toilet sahaja.

The blanket is bad smell, look like humid and fungi stick in my shirt. I can sleep well
