The air conditioner was hot although the temperature was already set to the lowest.

Strategis, bersih, pelayan yang ramah.

Good strategic location with good food outlets near hotel. Room was big and Comfortable but couldn’t sleep due to noise caused by traffic as well as screaming children playing with ball and parents talking so loud and slamming doors. Receptionist Intan was very helpful in arranging a different quieter room without window as requested by me. Will surly come back again to this hotel.

위치가 전략적입니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 레스토랑이 있어 찾기 쉽습니다.

Good for simple stay at Kluang: hike Mt Lambak, shopping and eating at malls and places nearby hotel. There is a dirty laundry as well near hotel. it is also near to bus/taxi terminal.

Cannot pick room. A bit disappointed.

Comfortable, hotel near to the main shops, restaurants and stalls, will come back again if I visit kluang next time.
