이 호텔은 위치면에서 괜찮고, 리셉션 직원도 좋고, 객실의 청결도가 딱 두 가지 부족합니다. 첫째, 엘리베이터가 없으며 남자 직원이 짐 운반을 도와주지 않습니다. 딱 한 사람이 그렇게 따더군요. 그런데 얼마 지나지 않아 접수 카운터에 남자 직원 한 명이 앉아 있는 모습이 보였다. 두 번째 글은 물방, 물방을 보면 울고 싶다. 화장실 벽과 바닥의 검은 껍질은 제거되지 않았습니다. 청소는 어렵지 않을 것 같습니다. 매일 하면 더러워지지 않습니다.

Room is clean. Staff is nice to me because he willing to wait for my late check-in (I arrived past midnite). Fyi, counter close at 11pm. However, few situations that may need attention for future customers: 1. During booking using app I was offered to choose 'Room with breakfast' (which I did choose it) but only to be told during check-in that this hotel does not provide breakfast. However to make it up to it they provided me with pack of instant food I. E. Instant noodle in cup, packed cookies and instant coffee (they gave 3 sets because I made reservation for 3 nights) which I didn't consume any since I came to compete in tennis tournament so definitely I need healthy & energy foods especially during breakfast. Another surprise, 2 of the instant coffees was actually already past its expiry date. 2. No soap/bath gel provided in the room. They use the soap dispenser however maybe they forgot to fill it up. I didn't complaint during the stay because I got my own bath gel and also I need to leave early morning (no staff at counter yet) to find my breakfast before my match starts. As I got back to my room late at night I already forgot and maybe was exhausted too to complaint. 3. Remote control's for air condition out of battery on my last nite however its past 11pm so nobody answered my call hehe. Maybe its just not my day (I lost my match too haha!).

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who want stay at the heart of Kuching. It's near fews Kopitiam.

The room was good, facilities OK. They don't have elevator. Need improvement in breakfast and food service.

A good overnight stay but due to CNY, the fire crackers can be heard and my night become sleepless. Cleanliness can be improve due to the comforter smell of cigarette smoke and a little bit stain in the toilet.

I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms are clean & spacious. Shower was good with strong pressure & hot water. Beds were very comfortable & felt like home. Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Will stay again for my next visit.

Water water heater was not working. Most of the staff were not wearing masks during our stay.

Just okay, not really good. They asking for tourism tax when check in when the others not asking for. Theres a hawker and laundry near the hotel.

Pengurusan sarapan yang lemah. Tiada buffet disediakan. Pesanan secara alacarte dengan kadar yang terhad. Masa menunggu pun lama untuk makanan disediakan

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The staffs also gave us best services. They cleaned our room everyday. Even though their price quite cheap but you can get comfortable room with many facilities. There is also self laundry and restaurant nearby.

Bilik sangat selesa dan besar sesuai untuk percutian sekeluarga, paling best check in awal tidak di kenakan sebarang chas, ada perkhidmatan suara terbaik.
