정말 깨끗했어요. 관리인도 정말 친절했고요. 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있고, 해변까지 걸어서 몇 분밖에 안 걸려서 정말 편리했어요!

The site compared to what I saw before I booked it was nice ambiance, but the place when we get there was not like in the video you will see in the internet & their linen is so dusty, super, to the point I got itch on my body.

Supposed checkout time is 12pm, we are forced to checkout 11am. Our stay was for 3 days but we were only informed on the second day. The owner wanted to charge us for a few minutes past 11, good thing the receptionist is kind.

We booked the family room but turned out they don't have extra beds to fit all 6 of us. Staff was extra nice for allowing us to transfer to a 2-bedroom unit with extra charge, of course. Rooms were however dark, blanket, pillows towels and bedding had stinky smell, toilet not working, surroundings not well maintained. No 24/7 staff for customer service. No security also so anybody can just enter the resort anytime.

The resort is a great silent retreat at the heart of Alona. It doesn't have a restaurant but you can prepare your own meals as facilities for cooking are provided in their family house accommodations. It comes with a pool so you can just relax your stresses away with a glass of wine and a good conversation.

The hotel is perfect for family vacation. We liked the family rooms with kitchenette we had stayed. Comfortable and spacious rooms with big cabinet to organize baggage and things, clean bathroom and shower. The kitchens were also clean and organized. Good thing also is you can cook rice and your favorite viand. They also provide shuttle for beach swimming. Though you can also enjoy swimming at their pool. The place is quiet that you can really have a good relaxation while staying there. The hotel staff are also approachable. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

이곳에서 이틀 밤을 보냈는데, 저희 가족, 특히 아이들이 정말 좋아했습니다. 수영장도 좋았고, 인터넷 속도도 좋았습니다. 숙소는 평화롭고 편안한 분위기였고, 주방 시설도 완벽했습니다. 직원들은 매우 정중하고 친절했습니다. 다음 휴가에도 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

1 no toiletries provided 2 flow of shower water is slow 3 water heater is broken 4 no bidet, no bucket and dipper provided. how can we easily wash after doing our thing? anyway thanks to the plastic cup provided. 5. we take the long route to the teach since direction of the receptionist is not clear but we love the pool. thank you

The place was very peaceful. The staff was accommodating. Recommended for family vacation
