Small room and bed. Shower door not closing . Trash on top of cabinet . Good breakfast personel helpful

found the room a bit tight for double bed. Then it was noisy as it was along the highway side. They have breakfast though. Wish they could serve brewed coffee instead of instant. It is 3 floors but no elevator.

Please provide new or clean linens. Sheets were rough, yellowish in color. Headboards and cupboards were dusty.

The hotel was ok pero I had a problem when check in I don't know kung ng. kamali sa hotel or sa app tapos yung binagay na room the nag. fuflush yung toilet and the water heater was not working.. wifi was the only one that was great

staffs are accommodating but hotel policy s****, like they charge a half day price for an extension of 4 hours which is not practical nor helpful at all for backpackers who have a late night flight. Not so relaxing too as you can hear movements of furnitures from upstairs and rooms from the other side and water pressure is too weak, it will help to have a pail and dipper inside the shower room rather than stay longer in front of the shower head to cleanse.

They have no extra beds. They have no high chairs for babies. In short, the hotel is not family-friendly.

Place, food, service, staff, room are terrific! I am more than satisfied with my stay at The Loft Hotel!

The staffs are very accommodating. Rooms are clean and good, might be better to have telephone in the rooms so it wouldn't be a hassle if there are questions. Over all, its a great stay.
