The building so scare. Look like old building with no body stay there. No recommended this HIG apartment. Better stay at HIG Hotel only.

Apartment cukup selesa, sesuai untuk keluarga besar. Persekitaran apartment nampak mcm sedkit tidak terurus kerana nampak rumput agak panjang dan daun bertaburan di bahagian tepi.

Bagus. Bilik bersih dan luas. Dekat HiG kompleks, boleh beli cokelat.

Murah dan berpadanan dengan harga.

Kedudukan hotel strategik, tetapi service kurang memuaskan. Water supply slow, hanya 1 tandas boleh digunakan.

HIG Homestay Apartment is very scary hotel, it's look like a ghost hotel, dirty, scary, dusty when we went to check-in no body there, no security guard, no staff, and all office were locked, so we went to HIG Langkawi hotel nearby to ask and we got the answer that we can check-in here and go to stay there but the hotel look scared more than to stay, so we asked to transfer our booking from HIG homestay apartment to HIG Langkawi hotel, they were accept with more extra charge offered, I booked hotel and flight many times but this time I was disappoined.

Worst accommodation I ever stay. Really ruined my holiday trip in Langkawi. Very regret this booking.

Easy access to all facilities especially shopping spots.

It is a nice place to stay for big families especially for kids. Overall nice stay with my family.

The rooms was comfortable for a family.. Just one suggestion to add a ramp for wheelchair in front of apartment entrance. 😊

Takes time to feel the aircond - only 1 aircond remote works - called technician to fix the remote problem but nobody came - bidet water pressure not strong in both toilets - only 4 channels available but only 2 are clear - swimmingpool was under maintenance - building looks old, dilapidated and eerie

Stayed at their home stay apartment for 2 nights. This is an abundant building that need to be fully service. Access card undetected. The receptionist should have give me 2 access card (1 for parking and 1 for lift), but he only gave me 1, I need to request another card after all of us including kids stuck at 7th floor because of no access card. The room was smelly, there is no one in charge at the building if anything happen to you. No front desk, no customer service counter. NOTHING AT ALL!!!.. Luckily, we are safe..In future, Please don't rent the room to your guest if you cannot guarantee their safety. Fix the lift problem, send for service. We were stuck inside the lift few times.

Big room and convenient area for shoppers also for sight seeing.

Recommended for family. Good service.

Appartment is clean.good view facing the city and sea.Spacious of parking places and near the bazzar for food.

It such a bad smell when I opened the entrance...plus the bath tub not in good condition.
