Very cheap at php5174 for 3 nights, with swimming pool and free breakfast (ala carte - choose among ham/hotdog/spam/pork sausage/corned beef, then egg, rice, orange juice, and coffee).but alona beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot, tricab from highway to mcdo is Php50

Toilet flush is not working. Floor is oily. We asked them to fix it but was not resolved so we have to clean the floor ourselves

This is good.. price is cheap and near in alona beach.. room is big and we are enjoy when in this hotel.. aircon is good also. Only one think for take a note ‘ WIFI ‘ is very slow.. for data internet, use smart better than globe in there.. But overall is good

friendly and accomodating staff, very strategic location coz its in the center of everything plus only 5 minutes walk to the beach. thr place has lots of trees which makes the ambiance very peaceful, also that it wasn't located at the main street which gives us all the quietness and comfort of sleeping during nighttime.

the toilet its smelly and overall its so-so room. nothing special
