People at the hotel were so accommodating, friendly and place was clean. Highly recommended!

4일 동안 머물렀는데 정말 최고였어요! 접근성도 정말 좋았어요. 시장과 아플라야와도 가까워요. 물과 커피도 무제한으로 제공되고요! 가장 마음에 드는 건 방이 넓고, 투어 후 젖은 옷을 널 수 있는 다락방도 있다는 거예요. 게다가 매일 침구와 침대 시트를 교체해 주고, 오후 2시까지 체크인도 가능해서 좋았어요. 라제 레지던스, 정말 고마워요!

If you will get room at 4th floor just run. We were unlucky to got that experience, shower almost all the time is not working or sometimes is cold water, wi-fi is not working and I notice huge cockroach in my room after that I asked for transfer cause I talked with some lady at breakfast and she told me that it was her room and was exactly the same. They do nothing with that and just gave that room for us. Also from around 8am till 5-6pm its big noise cause they rebuild place. Location was not bad and breakfast was okay (for 2 times only rice was warm). When they transferred us to 2nd floor it was better but if you just want to spend good time in el nido book another place. Highly do not recommended

Their service was impeccable. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The price was really worth it. The place was clean. And the staff were professional. Breakfast was included, there were a lot of options and it was really good considering the price. We also asked them to book for us an island tour and it was really hassle-free compared to other agency that we tried. So I think it's best to book from them.

Great place to stay in, definitely recommended! The room is clean and the staff are very hands on and caring. Wifi is strong and there is even unlimited coffee and drinking water. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to town proper and about 3-5 minutes away from land transport terminal. The breakfast is always on time, the food is good as well. They even allowed us to use the room again without a charge after our island hopping tour even though it was already beyond our check out time. Overall this is a really great budget hotel to stay in El Nido.

깨끗한 객실. 친절한 직원. 일찍 체크인할 수 있게 해 주고 아침 식사도 준비해 주었습니다. 1박으로 예약했는데 2인 조식을 제공했고, 샤워 시설까지 사용할 수 있게 해 주었습니다. 이미 체크아웃을 했는데도 말이죠. 저희는 섬 투어를 하다가 와서 그날 밤 푸에르토프린세사로 가는 버스를 타야 했기 때문입니다. 그런데도 서비스를 연장해 주었습니다. 제가 지불한 금액보다 더 많은 혜택을 받았습니다. 심지어 두 배로 받을 수도 있었습니다. 라제 레지던스, 모든 것에 정말 감사합니다!!! 모두에게 추천합니다.
