The hotel is in a good location, free breakfast is decent, but the blankets are super thin and water supply is problematic. We didn't have water in the morning for 2 consecutive days. There is no phone in the 2nd floor rooms so we had to go down to the front desk to request for assistance. We would have preferred a prior advisory of the schedule of their water supply.

That was supposedly a stress free vacation/business travel. I booked a room for 2 persons only but they gave us a family room with 3 beds with wooden flooring that gives way to mosquitoes to enter our room. we asked them if they can give us a smaller room but they said they cannot as all rooms were occupied and the reason they transferred us to a larger room because it is more expensive and they have another guests who likes to have their rooms near each other. actually their reason is unacceptable as it seems to me that they do not value other guests. we already paid for our room, we expected a good room for 2 persons. we asked for a refund for our 2 nights stay and responded advising that refund will be processed 30 business days.

There's a lot of mosquitos outside and even inside the room. Pool is dirty. Restroom is bad and smells bad. Shower is not working.

Room and shower need major renovation.

Just good. Sesuailah ama budget. Makanan disini murah dibanding cafe2 lainnya
