I upgrade my room, because the existing was not suitable for my kids. Rm300/night (after less rm50), because I book through agent, so I have to pay extra fee when upgrading. 1. No toiletries provided (even a soap). 2. TV have no channel. 3. There was many cockroaches went out from water hole in the bathroom! The smell of cockroaches terribly disturbing when we were in there. 4. The water in the kid pool was cloudy. (perhaps they didn't change because it just a few customers during this time). 5. There was no water heater in bathroom or else we can't find any instructions or label for hot water as usual as other resorts/hotel. The resort shud make a proper schedule for pesticide control. However the staff was helpful, she even bought a breakfast for us. She took a complaint politely. The bathtub is huge. The beach just walking distance from our room. Our kids enjoyed themselves being here. Internet was good (umobile). I just hoping that they can taking care their amenities and resort well. Frankly speaking, I went so many hotel and resort with a better facilities within the price range. Its OK, as long as they willing to change for good. There will always the room for improvement.

Booked this place as a transit stop. It's a simple place but hospitality is top notch. Stayed in the standard hotel room which was clean and comfy the only difficulty was there was no sink so you have to wash hands using the shower. But if you take the chalet they do have a sink. Aircond was cold! We were served nasi lemak for breakfast which was so sedap. This is going to be my go to transit stop for now.

Bilik yang kurang memuaskan, terlalu sempit.

Bilik terlalu sempit berbeza dengan resort-resort yang pernah saya pergi sebelum ni yang lebih selesa.

Staff melayan dengan baik. Kemudahan sesuai dengan harga. Saluran Astro hanya ada untuk radio sahaja. Kolam renang sedang dalam renovation. Agak jauh dari pantai jika ingin berjalan-jalan tepi pantai.

It was perfect and the people there were really nice, they took care of us perfectly!
