It was a very memorable stay. When we arrived at the airport, we immediately saw Microtel's van. My Mom & I were the only passengers picked up. The location is a bit far from the town proper, about 20 to 30 mins drive, but we loved the location. It is quiet and the serene beach provides a relaxing ambience. Upon arrival, the check-in was swift. Our room is very spacious & cold (ACU in perfect condition) w/ decent amenities - safety vault, TV, hair dryer, hot & cold shower, towels and daily house-keeping. We loved the daily breakfast & for 250 pesos, it's very worth it. There is unlimited coffee, rice, a couple of viands which vary each morning, bread & jam, salad station, fruits, etc. There is a free shuttle to & from Robinsons mall; just have to notify the front desk if you'll avail it. We will definitely come back to this paradise. We had an amazing 3 nights stay.

The breakfast buffet for 250php per person is not worth the buck.

1. great idea to have shuttle service 2. peaceful,relaxing view by the beach 3. accurate,fast service of front desk personnel 3. pleasing,accommodating hotel staff-front desk,shuttle,canteen 4. organized reservation system and procedures 5. find ways to eliminate flies in the canteen area 6. cabinet still smells like paint that sticks to clothes 7. too strong pressure of water from bidet 8. slightly defective toilet door - stuck when closed 9. provide toilet entrance rug

First to time to check-in at Microtel - Wyndham- Puerto Princesa, in Palawan.. The hotel is so awesome.. The room is so relaxing. The kits are complete. We can re-use their slippers. You can go there only to bring your own clothes. All bathroom kits are beautiful, We can use their shampoo with conditioner because they are nice to use in our hair.. The comfort room at the function hall is so spacious.. Just stay for 3 days, 2 nights.. feel comfort and convenience.. all good when it comes to facilities, food, employees they give all their best in service I like our stay... thanks Microtel, wish to come there and stay again. To all who's looking for comfortable stay I recommend you try Microtel best one for everybody.. Hotel staffs were all accommodating.. Service was fast and facilities were superb! Breakfast buffet had a wide range of yummy choices! We will definitely be back soon! God bless!

여기 정말 좋았어요. 직원들이 항상 친절하고 진심으로 도와주려고 노력해 줬어요. 아주 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 경치도 정말 좋았고, 사람도 전혀 붐비지 않았어요. 커피와 생수가 무제한으로 제공되고, 외부 음식과 음료에 코르키지가 없어서 정말 좋았어요. 정말 잘 하셨어요!
