Sangat nyaman, view bagus, pokoknya sangat direkomendasi. Staff juga ramah.

Bad experience for my family. This is my first time worst staying hotel like a very dirty toilet (disgusting), crack vinyl, & have many socket but not function well. For this price (rm120) not worth it. There are many hotel available out there can offer much better than this with this price.

Hotel clean and nice, frendly staff, I like it.

Very comfortable room with great facility for making coffee or tea. Good value for money.

hotel room photos greater than actual. car park mentioned not very clear about the terms and conditions, meaning limited so called free parking yet not properly done. otherwise right in front car park need to pay.

Towel was serve in black color. Shower is not w hot water.

The room is dirty, the ceiling of the floor with spider webs. The toilet is dirty. I believe cleaning jobs are fully done by the staffs. Will not have repeat booking in this year.

Just the room is full of smoking smell.

Overall is ok... But when you open heater... The light of bathroom will be effected. This hope management can check it

The location is quite some distance from town .But good scenery as facing the mountain. If you have a car to travel around, that should not be a problem. The room is big. Only three things that i don't really like. First the TV should place in front of bed, not in the front of the low sofa. Second will be the sound proof, you can really listen to other guest talking in next door. Third is the power point and the light switch that place just behind directly your pillow, that's few times I accidentally switch on and off the switch while laying on the bed. Other things are ok. I still recommend this place for staying. Other things are ok, no complaint.

Keadaan bilik yang baik, tetapi kedudukan TV tidak sesuai kerana jauh dari katil.

I accidentally left my belonging at the hotel, the staff did give a call back and i am able to take my belonging.

Staff are very friendly; the room is clean and cozy. Good recommended. Value for money.

Using Uber from ipoh railway station to this hotel is very convenient. Even though the hotel is quite far from downtown but the space of the room for 3 people are reasonable to stay with full furnished and good view outside the window. All staffs here are so polite and friendly. I'm very impress staying a night here.

Too simple toiletries, too empty and too bold. No decorations at all
