Got this hotel by accident. I'm happy it did. My prior booked hotel committed a mistake in accepting my booking even though they're overbooked. The agencies gave me soledad suite and another hotel as an relocation choice. Kudos to them for informing me immediately. I choose Soledad suites and I'm glad I did. Let's start, the outside of the building is not that appealing to be honest, but once you got inside it changes; the lobby is well decorated and the restaurant also. The personnel of the hotel have a welcoming vibe on them. The frontdesk is very courteous and helpful; they respond to every query we have. The room is good; it spacious, clean, and smells good, well lit and the bed is comfortable. The aircon is working perfectly fine. The same goes with the comfort room; it's well maintained. Our booked room came with breakfast inclusion and I have to say kudos to their chef. Food tastes great. The service is great, and if you want to have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, you won't be disappointed with their food. Give justice to the price and it's not pricey at all. The location of the hotel is good because it's just 10 mins away from the port of Tagbilaran. They also provide a shuttle service to pick you up and drop you at the port. It's within the city so you can roam around Tagbilaran easily and in the same time it's a few blocks away from the main road so you'll surely have a good night sleep. So, overall experience in this hotel is 9 out of 10. Of course, there will still be room for improvement, haha, but definitely gonna recommend this hotel and stay again here. Thanks, Soledad Suites.
