generally the place is good to stay despite of the absence of wifi in rooms. check in was frustrating 😡 as the lady wanted to show her a proof of payment. that was a bit strange as she was not only accepting my booking number.

I cannot understand a so good hotel didn't invest to offer wifi, we are in 2019, we need wifi

Not really expecting much as the rate is really cheap. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner, they’ll only provide soaps. The pillows are dirty. Food is not so bad too, we had 3 pcs of bbq with rice & iced tea for less than Php 120 only. Set-menu Breakfast is around Php 200-250 pesos

It was awesome. 1st: your price at web is way cheaper than their regular price. 2nd: the room is very spacious. 3. I love the infinity pool and the beach. 4. It's very convenient because it's near the port. 5. The food and drinks are good and it is the price? It's not pricey nor cheap. Quality = quantity. The place is highly recommended.

No WiFi, no minibar, beach is small and the seabed is rocky, too close to the ferries, hard to get in and out of the car park due to the endless cue of cars, takes too long to get over with ferry.

Perfect for family getaways especially with kids, since it's very near the barge. No special thing about the resort. Hotel room is spacious for couples, towels & soap are provided but no shampoo. Food is ok, generous serving . Staff are courteous.

The staff were accommodating during our stay. The room is clean and spacious. However, info about pool closing time was not clear, the staff at the lobby informed us that pool will be open until 11PM, but when we came there around 10PM it is already closed. Food is good

Great value for money. I love the fact that it's just near the port. However, there's no wifi inside the room, you have to literally go in the lobby for wifi. Overall, it's okay and decent tho. 🙂

I had a very nice experience with this hotel! So near the port plus the room was so nice and all the staff were great! Will comeback here for sure.

The staff was great but the 2500 payment has no breakfast included in app but if you book directly there there is free breakfast, unfair for the same amount of payment.

Everything else is good (room, travel, food) but the service was not. First of all why would the parking security guard tell us to "passengers should get out before going to parking". Should the driver be the one get all the bags to the lobby? I had to carry the bags because the passengers were asked to stay in the counter. Second, we were waiting for our room to get ready and they said to wait in the restaurant. We were waiting for an hour and we couldn't get any follow up until we went to the counter again to and that's the time they gave us a different room instead. Lastly they don't have a phone to contact the front-office and/or restaurant (text only) which is a minimal problem because it would be better to eat at the restaurant at night. But still.

Our room was really spacious. We got a nice view to the beach. There balcony is really huge. The resort is located just beside the wharf from Sasa so it could sometimes be noisy and accessible. They accept day use in this resort so if you are looking for a more private resort this will not be a perfect fit. Also, the shoreline is not so wide but the sea water is so clean. The staffs are really warm and helpful. :)

The place is really nice. From the front deck they will welcome you with a big smile. People are very accommodating and they will assist you for whatever you need. And the place is very accessible and affordable.
