Nice and attentive staff. Requested for a morning call and breakfast on a specific time and they were able to do it on the dot. Most guests are couples but still the hotel is ok for backpackers in tight budget who wants access to transport and malls

Room was clean, good bright lighting, nice and modern look. TV had full channels. Bathroom was clean modern and really hot water. Location is convenient, overpass to get to araneta is at the front entrance, but can be hard to get a taxi to and from. Food is average for the price. Would recommend and would stay again.

All assigned personnel when I checked in were so nice and attentive to my needs. The room I had was clean and spacious, but it has to be renovated to keep up with the times. Food I ordered was good, just had to wait for a while though. I was told that they received a lot of orders then. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to my friends & family.

More of a love hotel. Anyway except for the cloggy drain, service is exceptional and incomparable with same tier hotels.
