We had big room for 7 people with comfortable beds and soft blankets. The TV can connect the Internet so we can watch a lot of programs online. The air-con works smoothly. However, the heater in the bathroom doesn't work so the water is quite cold. And you have to ask the owner for the hair dryer if you want.

Plus points: + The hotel allowed us to check-in earlier without extra fee. + They supported us with hiring car to pick us up at airport at midnight. + Meal was prepared fast, good taste with reasonable price. Minus points: + I booked 4 motorbikes to go around Ninh Binh with prior negotiated price 150,000 VND/motorbike from 8am of our check-in day to 12pm of the next day, total 600,000 VND. However, when we hired, they said the price 150,000 VND/motorbike was for only 1 day (from 8am to 5pm in the same day), if we would like to hired until 12pm of the next day, we had to pay extra 50,000 VND/motorbike. We agreed this price but later, they changed their mind and required 100,000 VND extra/motorbike. What the unprofessional service! + Our room are dirty and don't have any cloth hook in the bathroom.
