The place was worst than a budget hotel. First of all, they kept me stranded at the lobby for quite some time despite informing my time of arrival. Secondly, the cleaner was only spraying the room after I enter. The bed was squeaking and uneven making my sleeping experience as worst as it could be. When I went to shower, the floor was super slippery because the floor cleaner wasn't rinshed properly. I almost fell down. The worst was the aircond. The aircond wasn't serviced and the suite was really hot. I informed the host at 8pm and the aircond servicemen only arrived at 12.30 am. I even asked for a fan as a temporary fix but wasn't provided. And even worst I was asked to go down to the lobby to escort the aircond servicemen to the suite. The aircond was finished servicing at 1am. I wasted my sleeping time. I had to move my bed and all for the servicing to take place. Wasn't a good stay at all. High chances of getting disappointed if you choose this host. Traveloka should not allow hosts like to advertise in traveloka. It's a disgrace for app. My worst stay.

Firstly, the service is d**** slow. Waited for half an hour to get the key for check in. And again another half an hour to return the key when check out. Second, the room & bathroom cleanliness is super terrible. Don't mention about the air freshener that make me cannot breathe properly. There are so many cockroaches in the room and bathroom! Cockroaches! This is so disgusting, I couldn't sleep well whole night as my body is so itchy because of the dusty room, blanket and bedsheets. The sofa bed is broken, it's time to change. The bathroom is so dirty, please clean. Omg. This is the worse accommodation I have in my life. Please improve.

The room is dirty, so is the bathroom also dirty the sofa also very dirty check in process very complicated and make us wait long enough.

The units they own are not clean and well-managed / maintained. When we first entered the room, we saw 8 to 10 cockroaches everywhere in the room. Then we requested to change unit, and it’s disappointing that the second unit was in the same condition. We did not stay in the end. They promised to refund but they did not do it. Hence I paid full amount for night.

Very satisfied. The room was so clean, I requested the high floor and the view are really nice. I really recommended for those want to stay area Damansara.

Pros: 1. dekat dengan IKEA (love it) 2. pemandangan dari bilik cantik 3. dekat dengan kedai (7-11) 4. wifi laju Cons: 1. parking berbayar. 2. bilik tinggi, tingkap tiada grill. (bahaya untuk kanak2 yang aktif).

Just a simply and fine. Parking covered. Microwave, iron and prayer mat provided. Great speed on Wifi. Just too many dusty on window, kitchenette, and windows.

Check-in time 2pm and I have informed for late arrival & reached at around 5pm. Still have to wait at lobby for around 10 minutes. I booked for 3 guest room however the towel only provide 2 pcs. And the sofa bed is dirty without bed sheets and blanket. And there is no hanger inside the bathroom.

The guesthouse was dirty and smelly.

Cleanliness in the room - scored. But the downside for me: Check-in process took an hour: Overwhelming amount of guests checking in together and yet no proper execution plan. Person in charge didn't even guide us through the room. Check-out process also took an hour. Waited for the guy to return the keys and deposit. If it's aren't for the deposit, I would've leave the keys with the security. No ventilation in the bathroom. Smelly. No basic amenities: Hairdryer and iron. No point stating my special request: Not been fulfilled. Requested extra blanket and pillows because there are 3 guests. Ended buying blanket in Tesco.

Good for family of 3 to 4. Given additional mattress as requested and services was great! Sofa bed was slightly damaged but overall great. High floor and have good view of K.

Still have the previous guest trash. The room is smelly due to toilet not cleaning properly. The blanket also quite smelly

No toilet mat, TV unable to watch all channels are blur. Not enough towel and etc. Pillow is too soft doesn’t feel like a pillow.
