전체적인 느낌은 좋은데, 에어컨을 켜지 않으면 방이 좀 습하고, 공기 중에 담배 냄새가 살짝 납니다. 방문을 여는 게 매우 힘듭니다.

좋은 호텔 객실, 넓은 공간과 주변 환경. 깨끗한 객실.

화장지 롤은 새 것으로 교체되지 않았습니다. 반밖에 남지 않았습니다. 더 달라고 하면 하루에 한 개만 준다고 합니다. 화장지가 가득 차면 더 달라고 할 수도 없습니다. 티백은 없습니다. 설탕은 반으로 줄여야 합니다. 새 티백은 주지 않습니다. 방에 전화도 없습니다.

Saya sangat suka, masuk-masuk bilik disambut dengan bau yang sangat harum. bilik yang sangat cantik, bersih & kemas.layanan staff yang ramah. Saya bagi 5 bintang! Nota : sarapan tiada disediakan dah, parking keta memang penuh, tapi anda boleh parking berdekatan dengan hotel, jalan sikit lah, tapi kenderaan anda tidak akan disaman ye. Selamat menginap di hotel ini!

If there is no room, the management will give our staff a room to live in. The equipment is not complete, it is dirty, and the sound insulation is not good.

Gak sesuai kalau dibilang bintang 4 lah. Bintang 2. Front office ramah, hanya saja kamar biasa. Gak begtu luas.

The hotel was boked for my mom and sisters. The room card entry provided only one. Difficult to stay in while the other out. My mom told also heard of people running and child crying at nite till subuh.

Parking is a mess here. I have to round the area for more than 20 times just to get a parking spot. Room was a bit small. TV doesn't function well. Noisy environment as well.

Disturbed by some abnormal activities in the room, about 11pm, I try to off lights and sleep, suddenly switches in the bathroom turning on and off multiple times, at 12:30am, I heard someone sighing / exhaling at the right side of my bed. Try to switch to another room but it was next to the previous uncomfortable room, at 3am in the morning with all lights on, I heard the remote control on the table was moved. In conclusion, it was a scary night.

Stay for one night with my family. location was easy to find. Staff is okay but seems that they don't really like to smile. Room is okay, but the toilet was quite dirty. No shampoo provided. Only toothpaste toothbrush bar soap and some bath cap. They provide hairdryer. Easy to find the iron and iron board, just outside of the room.

The hotel is clean, easy access and have a lot of facilities around. Convenient stay. The room is also comfortable

The room is a little bit small but very cozy. Room design are nice and clean. The hotel actually provided iron and water dispenser which very convenience to traveller. Parking available all the time, those who driving don't worry.
