방 분위기가 별로였어요. 너무 어둡고 무서웠어요. 에어컨이 오래돼서 방이 너무 더웠는지도 몰라요.

Amazing stay, they catered to my needs (requested a fan and ironing service). Staff from guard, front desk, housekeeping are all friendly and lovely people. Love love Cebu hospitality always. Daghang salamat!

They checked in us late because the other guest checked out late and they never gove us complimentary drinks for waiting. Water will do. The bathroom don't have a bidet and their towel s were so thin like a rag.

Toilet flush malfunction, shower direction too slanting, the room is not good airconditioned.

Room 402 dim light. I ask the person who assisted us to fix the light but she refused and said that 's the only light they had.

Old hotel with very few people staying. I was a bit scared because the hallways and the elevator have no surveillance cameras.

Area is very accessible. Staff are very friendly. Room is clean

it's a highly recommended hotel if you want to stay near ayala or i.t park. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious.

Aircon didn't work well so they gave us an electric fan but a damaged one.

Food is not that good and too expensive, staff is the best they make sure they give you the best service, but they could only do so much to make the wifi better 😄 if you can find better place to stay then this hotel should be your last resort or hotel.

It was great! However, in our room we don't have a bidet that's why it's very hard for us to wash. Also, our booking is a standard room, sad to say that it's very hot in our room the aircon is quite old.

I was given an irregularly odd shaped room fit for a hotel's supply room of crews, shared rest room.

Stay in Richmonde probably for an overnight stay is okay but more than a night might be not worth it anymore. The place neighborhood was a bit creepy, untidy and dirty.
