Phone signal gets lost in some parts of the hotel

When i arrived to check-in the receptionist offered us the different room not as the booked rooms. It was on the third floor and i was with my parents (Senior) and with my wife carrying our a month old baby climbing up the stairs it could have been better if the rooms offered is same size as book but not. So we demanded for other rooms they offered us again down on the second floor but a much smaller then I found out that the family rooms where on the ground and available. I knew a lot of 2 star but not worth a stay but never again

The room is good for what you pay, beds are comfy, and the location is nice. But I wish there would be a bath towel and soap ready in the washroom.
