215호실과 그 층의 방은 우리 같은 커플에게는 최악의 방입니다. 복도에서 나는 소음 때문에 제대로 쉴 수가 없습니다. 다른 투숙객에게 소음을 내지 말라는 서면 진술도 없고, 소음은 오전 2시까지 계속되고 아침 4시에 다시 소음이 나기 시작합니다. 그리고 나쁜 점은 우리가 2박을 했다는 것입니다! 이 호텔의 2층에 머물지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 방은 전혀 방음이 되지 않습니다.

Happy they are connected to tour agent that provides trip outside Puerto Princesa. The pool setting and bar is great. The gym is small but not many people use it so it was OK. I wish they had a treadmill, though …. Food was good, I wish they served banana fritters everyday-they're my fave! As our baggage arrived 36 hours late (PAL sucked!), the hotel 's being next to Robinson mall was very helpful.

We had one of the best stays. The room was well kept and the bed was soft, perfect for honeymoon.

Super happy with our stay. They really took care of us from the day we arrived until we checked out. Rooms are clean and has this really nice scent. The staff are also awesome, they always have a smile on their faces. Will surely be back here again.

The decorations were nice! Brown is my favorite color thus I love everything. Food is great too. Will definitely stay with Hue again.

It was a superb stay! 💯 All the staffs were courteous, polite, very accommodating and attentive. All the facilities were great. Foods are yummy. (We tried baby back ribs and calamares) Drinks are yummy too. (Classic Mojito) They also have a storage room for your baggages. They even let us shower first before heading back to the airport after our Island Hopping. Planning to visit and explore Puerto Princesa? You must Check In at Hue Hotels and Resort! Very near to the airport and also, just beside Robinsons Mall. They have airport transfers too! They drop us off. 👏🏻👍🏻 All in all, you'll not regret your stay here. They will give you the most satisfying stay and superb accommodation you'll ever need! ❤️💯🙌🏻

Staff were courteous. Breakfast was really good. Room is stayed in was spacious and clean. Great location (along main road, near robinsons mall, near hospital, 10-15 min ride from airport and old market). Loved their complimentary airport transfer. Since I arrived very early in the morning, they allowed me to check-in as soon as room was made available (which was earlier than the standard 2pm check-in time). Will definitely choose Hue when I visit Palawan. :-)

Everything is nice but in the middle of the night or day. The electric supply keeps on shutting down and up.

Worth every penny! Rooms were clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating.

The Manager did everything to make my family comfortable. Prior to arrival, i made a mistake in my booking date, the Manager of Hue Hotel Palawan did what he can to ensure my booking won' go to waste. They made the stay of my family welcoming and at ease amidst Ompong Typhoon, as the flights were delayed. Will get back soon. Keep up the good work! Special mention to Vincent of IT deot. who connected me to the team.

Super relaxing!! Nice ammenities, napakalapit lang sa robinson and accessible anywhere you want to go.. Staffs are so nice.. highly recommended for those who want to have a relaxing vacation

The hotel interiors are pretty. 15 mins away from the airport. Robinsons Mall is just beside the hotel, so just in case you want to buy groceries or eat lunch, dinner, you'll have a lot of alternatives. The room was clean and perfect for couples or friends. Though the bathroom is quite small. Good for 2-3 people max. Matiz serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, it has a really good ambiance especially for romantic dinners. A bit pricey though. But still, food was great. Overall stay was great for its price. Value for money.

I always enjoy my stay here at the Hue hotel. They have a great, spacious room and a superb duvet for a good sleep.

The lobby, rooms, pool are so clean. Staff are very accommodating. They have superb service. They even let us use their shower room on the 5th floor since on our last day we had honda bay tour and we needed to check out, but they let our baggage to be stored in their baggage area and let us shower after tour and transferred us to airport for free. They have also buffet breakfast. Your money is worth it here at Hue Hotel, walking distance to Rob PPS also.

Parking is too narrow for big vehicles.
