기차역 바로 옆 푸드코트에 위치해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋습니다.

직원들은 친절했지만, 제 짐을 방까지 옮겨주지는 않았습니다. 온수기가 고장 나서 찬물로 샤워를 해야 했습니다.

호텔 직원들은 친절했습니다. 하지만 로비가 매우 비좁았고, 로비 안에 마사지실도 함께 있어서 불편했습니다. 엘리베이터에서 내린 후 객실로 이어지는 복도는 매우 어수선했습니다. 객실은 기본적인 시설만 갖추고 있었습니다. 잠을 자고 청소하기에는 충분하지만, 쾌적한 호텔 경험을 원하신다면 다른 곳을 알아보시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다. 장점으로는 호텔 위치가 기찻길 거리와 여러 레스토랑 및 식당가와 매우 가깝다는 점입니다.

주말에는 도로가 가까워서 호텔까지 걸어가야 했지만, 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 기차역과 가까워서 아침이나 저녁 분위기를 느끼고 싶다면 꼭 가보세요. 방이 작아서 큰 짐 세 개를 펼치기가 좀 힘들었습니다. 객실에 도착하기 전 공간이 꽤 좁았고, 엘리베이터 앞에 청소 도구가 있었습니다. 열쇠는 여전히 수동이었습니다.

깨끗한 객실, 열정적인 직원, 강력한 전기와 물 덕분에 매우 안정적이었습니다. 식당가에 바로 위치해 있어서 음식을 좋아하는 사람에게 적합합니다. 하노이에 갈 기회가 있으면 다시 들러보고 싶습니다.

Strategic location near Hanoi Train Street where you can find many restaurants around there. The building is new with clean and large room, well equipted. Unfortunately there is no light in the room corridor at the night. I have booked a room with balcony but the staff said it was broken so I got a room change with a good compensation. Thankyou, we enjoyed our stay here!

Good location. Many restaurants and cafes in front of Hotel. Near to Hanoi Train Street. Ling and receiptionist guy staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great time staying here. Xin Chao.

Close to train cafe. Close to night market old quarter. Gampang pokoknya. Thankyou memory legends hotel. Service OK. Helpfully.

First, we are booking this hotel. Then we went out of town for 2 days come back and want to stay with this hotel for 1 night. However when we are on the way the receptionist sent us a messages that hotel had a problem so they sent us to another hotel and said this is new hotel better than we booked that time we got to that places around 9:30 pm. When we saw the location and hotel that they moved us oh my God! Horrible situation and nightmare please take a look pictures enclosed. So bad experience for us and how can I get the refund back. The receptionist told us they will cancel the booking for us and we can get the refund back. So far we do not get anything at all. I will not recommend this to anyone. Thank god that we are still alive.

1. ห้องพักถูกเปลี่ยนทั้งที่เลือกแบบมีระเบียงมา และโรงแรมอีเมล์มาแจ้งตอนบ่าย2แล้วว่าห้องพร้อมให้เช็คอิน แต่พอมาถึงเปลี่ยนให้ไปห้องอื่นแจ้งแค่ว่าห้องมีปัญหา เราได้นอนห้องชั้น4มีหน้าต่างที่มองไม่เห็นวิวอะไรเลยแถมดูอึดอัดด้วย 2. ทีวีที่ห้องมีปัญหา ทางพนักงานไม่สามารถแก้ไขอะไรได้ สุดท้ายถ้าเราไม่ลองหาวิธีก็คือไม่ได้ดูทีวี 3. พนักงานพยายามตื๊อให้กด5ดาวให้ทางโรงแรม ทั้งทางแอปtraveloga และทาง Google Map ซึ่งพอเราแจ้งว่าเรารู้วิธี เค้าพยายามให้เรากดvote ตอนนั้นเลย 4. ห้องพัก แอร์ไม่เย็นเลยและเสียงแอร์ดังมาก พอๆกับเสียงคนจากร้านอาหารรอบๆโรงแรม ถ้าเป็นคนไม่ชอบเสียงดังไม่แนะนำ เพราะเราอยู่ชั้น4 เสียงคนที่ดื่มกินจากร้านอาหารข้างล่างชัดมาก ยาวจนถึงตีสองถึงจะเงียบสนิท 5. ห้องเก่า กว่าในรูป ข้อดีของที่นี่คือ อยู่ใกล้แหล่งร้านค้าและของกิน

โรงแรมสะอาดมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก แนะนำ ใครอยากได้ที่พักใกล้แหล่งของกิน คาเฟ่ ลงมามีมินิมาท ที่นี้เลย 10/10
