The hallway was so dark and water is not working - It's all hot.

The hotel itself was great, its physique was modern & clean and room amenities are semi complete. However, some of the hotel staffs needs more training on how to handle their clients. Please the clients and never dictates them how to do a certain things. Breakfast complimentary food is awful and needs to be improved.

Checked 5/24. For breakfast, you included 3 in one coffee but no water and no cups. So I requested for cups and water, but your roomboy never came back. After about 15 minutes, I made a request from your frontdesk but it never came. No explanations, no apologies why you can't provide.

Great hotel in Ilagan. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, they have problem with their internet but they were able to fix it in the night. All is good but no mobile signal inside the room which is the biggest problem for me traveling for business.
