The hotel is perfect for us to stay. It is very easy to find and we are so thankful. The breakfast is very helpful and filling. Our room is very big for our family. Nice bathroom. Friendly and intelligent staff! Very affordable too! Thanks so much!

I had been a returning customer of this hotel. Unfortunately, this booking made me realize that this place is only good if you book their deluxe rooms. Since I only booked a dorm type room, it’s way different from the rooms you can see in the picture. Didn't get the chance to take a photo since I'm already tired from my flight and only stayed overnight. The room, by the way, is located at the basement area, looks old and unused for a long time and smells really bad. Had a hard time to sleep because of the smell.

The place is in bad location there is no elevator or lift to go to you room it is hassle to stayed there especially if you are old. And the place is so noisy I can't sleep well because of the noise outside the stuff are not friendly if you are staying in the budget room they only friendly if you our staying in the expensive room the wifi our very week and very slow and also the room is not well clean and I saw a cockroach in my room. This place is not the good place to stay.

i booked a dorm type room. complaining about the room but no wifi signal is available which is very important to me to i had to transfer to a room nearer to a wifi signal. that's strong but then signal was intermediate so.. that's it. i am done. staff are ok. no problem with them

It’s good actually. Beside the environment nearby. And they should have elevator because it’s roo tired to even reach our room. All staff and security great and so kind and the room is good enough, worth the price la. Maybe they need to book one of motorbike or bicycle to guess(s) use it. that’s all from me.

The rooms may need improvement but they are worth the price. What I liked about the place is the staff.

Clean place, good location, corteous staff, affordable place, good & quiet AC, wifi available.

Room is clean but there's no rugs available, complimentary water was not available too as well as toiletries such as shampoo and toothbrush. Size of their bed is not as expected. no available phone for easy access to front desk. as well as front desk in not that accommodating especially when answering phone calls. Rooms is not sound proof you can hear the people outside.

Clean room, toilet and beddings. The problem was a very narrow entrance no elevator, you have to use the stairs until 2nd floor to reach the lobby or reception area. You will find difficulty carrying heavy luggages. Staying only due for our connecting flight was rescheduled on going back home. Anyway our short 7 hours stay was good.

I just stayed in the hotel due to a connecting flight going to somewhere, the entrance was a bit bad at first, be keen and observant, it does not have a lift so you have to take the stairs, the place is ok.

The staff were nice and approachable. the facilities were all in good condition, I suggest change the other dim light of room. mattress and pillowcase were sanitized. complimentary breakfast served is fair. little bad - the location is near busy road 24/7 vehicles passing by. still I will consider for my next trip.

Staffs are very accommodating, the place was nice though at some point you'll feel a bit uncomfortable with the noise from the moving train outside. But overall, it's a totally great place to stay at.
