i'm biker, owner not welcome with folding bike, if you are biker, don't choose these hotel

Turned out to be a good choice for a 3-guest stay! Good value. For most people, is near enough from Aljunied MRT. No weird smells/ambience/service. All in all, better than expected.

Pelayanan kurang ramah, tempat kurang bersih menurut saya.

Kamar dan fasilitasnya lumayan, sesuai dengan harganya. Cocok buat yang berencana jalan-jalan di ke berbagai tempat wisata di singapore karena posisinya yang strategis dan gampang cari makanan.

Hotel staff very rude and no respect to guests. I brought my family to stay in this hotel for vacation, I didn't plan to stay overnight because i work in SG. But the staff asked me to leave in 1 hour after we checked in, she afraid that i will stay over. She also asked to pay if i dont leave. Very disappointing and inhuman to separate families.

Dirty and smelling of cigarettes

Ukuran kamar buat budget segitu lumayan besar, bisa request minta dibersihkan setiap hari. Free WiFi. tapi tidak dikasih air mineral, mesti beli sendiri. Jarak ke MRT arjuneid lumayan jauh. tapi lumayan lah.

We checked in at twelve at the mid night and welcomed by one terrible woman (night shift staff) by shouting at us while pointing at where we should park our car. She doesn't even know how to smile and respect the customers. How come a very very rude to be a front desk girl. The hotel also has ridiculous rules where they don't even allow four person to stay in a family room with two queen beds. There is an extra charge of $20 for each person without any extra facilities. We have an argument about it and this ridiculous staff even lie to her boss that I hit her and then shouted at me that she wanted to lodge a police report. There are a lot of cctv as proof that I don't even touch her. Also, there is an old woman with wheel chair always sit near to the reception area. The staff also doesn't even know what is iron when we asked for an iron on the next day. We were upset with the very poor facilities. This hotel does not deserve even a half star. When I asked about the room rates for the next day, the rude staff even tell her boss in Chinese language to charge us for the same room for $100 rather that $70 for the next day without knowing that I can understand Chinese language even though I am not a Chinese. We were more upset when the next day, I called the customer service (which is that rude staff) pretending as if I am not the same customer and asked for the room rate for Sunday and she said that the rate is $70. See! It was so biased! I swear i'm not gonna stay there for the rest of my life with that kind of services. If they wanna practise that kind of attitude, they are not suitable doing any business in singapore. When I read other reviews here, many customers experienced the same. Extremely not recommended !!! Such a horrible experience! ☹️😕😡

Customer service-nya shift malam kurang profesional.

Comfortable for its price. Staff is nice and enthusiastic.

Hotel bersih, tapi pelayanan khusus shift malam tidak nyaman. Receptionistnya perempuan kurang sopan dan tidak melayani dengan baik.

The room is so dirty, there were a lot of ants and bugs around us I felt so uncomfortable and they never changed the towels or even cleaned the room while we were whole day away. It's so nasty and filthy too

Hotelnya sudah tua. Perlu di renovasi ulang. AC dingin sih. Tapi tidak dikasih mineral water.

Tempatnya strategis dekat dengan MRT juga banyak tempat makan dekat hotel.

Baik banget, pelayanannya ramah

Feels like home. "berantakan" hotelnya itu jadi berasa kayak dirumah nenek. Kamarnya bersih, airnya memadai cuma kamarnya kurang lighting. Tapi ada harga ada rupa, jalan kaki hampir setengah kilometer menuju Aljunied MRT-S lumayan gempor kalo udh capek jalan pas ke tempat wisata. Ibu sama mbak jaga hotelnya ramah, neneknya juga murah senyum. Area hotel itu di setiap persimpangan lampu merah ada banyak food court berjejer yang jual Indian and Chinese food.

Tidak adanya teh atas kopi dalam kamar. Kebersihan sedikit kurang karena hotel lama jadi tidak terlalu diperhatikan l’Emilia hotel.
