우리는 자정에 체크인했지만, 리셉션 직원들이 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고, 객실 구조와 디자인이 좋고, 아침 식사도 괜찮고, 수영장도 깨끗하고, 염소 농도가 그렇게 강하지 않습니다. 느린 삶에 매우 적합합니다. 하지만 안타깝게도 밸리 빌라는 그다지 사적이지 않습니다. 절벽 건너편에 있는 다른 숙박 시설에서 야외 공간이 보이기 때문입니다.

Suka banget 😍 service nya top banget. Pesen gojek dan lain-lain bisa dianter ke kamar. Kalo butuh apa-apa tinggal WA dan langsung sigap banget. Design interior dan eksteriornya super keren. Kesukaan aku banget pokoknya. Minta late check out juga bisa. Pokoknya servicenya number 1 👏🏻 pasti balik lagi sih. Ga cukup 1 hari di sini.

If you're with little kids, this is a perfect place for your vacation. Everything was designed to be safe for kids, including where they put the electrical sockets. They set up a tent full of toys too, even tho most of them are not working. Our kids loved this place! They also have an impressive service; They bring your food in if you order online, and deliver coffee to your room. We also left some things after check out and they kept them for us. However, the smell of smoke from mosquito repellent they put inside the room every day, was bothering us. We also had a problem with the wooden patio on the back porch, which was broken and almost hurt my husband - since then we're very concerned to let the kids out to the tent or pool. We recommend you have your own vehicle if you want to stay in this villa. It's somehow within walking distance from the centre, but not if you're with the kids, and they don't provide a free shuttle. Having your own vehicle also help you to go around for breakfast or dinner, since they also don't provide a restaurant and breakfast for guests. Basically, it's a nice place to stay, but you need to do most of the things by yourself.

Tempatnya bagus di tengah-tengah ubud, akses ke resto dan minimarket dekat. Staff sangat ramah dan responsif. Saya memberi bintang 5 hanya untuk menghormati para staff yang sangat ramah dan responsif. Apabila pelayanannya buruk mungkin saya akan memberi bintang 3. Kamarnya sangat bagus tetapi ada sedikit hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan. 1. Kaca full badan di villa 4 ada noda deffect. 2. Tempat sampah hanya 1 ditoilet saja. 3. Untuk orang lokal yang menginap di sini, di closet toilet tidak ada washer untuk membilas. Jadi hanya ada toilet saja dan biliknya itu terpisah dengan shower, btw saya lupa foto. 4. Untuk breakfast nya menurut saya breakfast nya biasa saja dengan harga kamar yang saya sewa. Saya bisa mendapatkan big breakfast di villa sebelah dengan harga kamar yang sama.

Clean and peaceful place for stay with your couple and nice place for honeymoon too. The receptionist very kind and fast respon for our complaint.

Sangat kecewa, mau sarapan pagi bikin air hangat tapi pas buka teko pemanas airnya sangat bau ada bekas bekas mie telor, terus di toilet di dalam kloset nya ada banyak cacing. Tolong untuk staff lebih memperhatikan kebersihan.

Tempatnya enak banget, dan nyaman banget.

Menginap di origin ubud sangat menyenangkan, staf yang ramah dan helpful. Kamar yang bersih dan super nyaman, dan juga suasana yang tenang. Fasilitas kamar yang cukup lengkap, Hanya saja di dalam kamar tidak disediakan tissu dan juga tong sampah.

Bad experience. We booked for two nights already and directly deciding to move when we first came to the room. The room and bathroom were very dirty, small parking space, and when we ask for the refund, the management was uncontactable. Very unpleasant experience

Desain villa modern yang baik detail arsitekturnya dan bersih perawatan bangunan yang baik. Suasana tenang tidak jauh dari pasar ubud dapat pinjaman sepeda gratis dan scedule antar jemput ke pusat kota gratis. Villa sangat direkomendasikan rasanya tidak cukup sehari menikmati villa ini.

Great service at all, have a good view and ambience, the food so yummy. But, AC inside the room not so cool, maybe because room inside big enough. Overall i love origin ubud, and origin serve great services ♥️

Perfectly private and cozy private pool villas at the secluded and quiet Petulu area that's surprisingly very close to the city centre. The hammocks overlooking the private pool is so comfortable. The dining area is separated in another section of the villa that you can use as another sleeping or common space. The sliding glass doors opens wide for a great view in the morning from the bed. The staff is friendly and the food is quite good. The bed is also really very comfortable - best night's sleep. The bathroom is large. Surprisingly the quality of room service was pretty good for drinks, Balinese and western dishes.
