Got into town late, after requesting late check in, and the staff waited for us. There's no reception desk per se, just a little hut as you drive in off the street. You are probably better off ringing the bell by the door for assistance, as the phone numbers on the windows and in the app didn't get through for us. Room decor is rather old style, but is pleasant nonetheless. Super fast Internet, comfy beds. On the second day we borrowed ( = rented) their motorcycle and explored the town. The staff is kind, extremely helpful, but speaking some Thai is definitely a plus when taking to them. We had trouble falling asleep one evening (very noisy frogs, after all this rain we've had recently), and they kindly agreed to us moving to another room pronto. All in all, we had a great time. I would recommend this resort without hesitation.
