Room and reception was great, however no hot water due to a kaput hot water heater.

Hard to connect with wifi. No foot rug. No bidet. No dipper.

Not exactly awesome, but it was okay. The frontdesk staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were nothing fancy but had enough space and were clean. The best part is the location, ad it is along Zamora St., one of the streets of the main commercial downtown.

It took me almost 2 hours to check in due to room availability. The Front office personnel were helpful but their supervisor who was not on duty was hard to contact. The Front office on duty must not be charged with the excess amount of the they check me in. It should only be charged to supervisor and the one managing the online channels for their negligence.

The floor was sticky and dirty. You cannot walk barefoot! The sheets had stains on them. Breakfast was mediocre.

Was good but I was fighting about my deposit for I smoke in the room, can't see anywhere it was a no smoking room and the lie and claim they told me it was and told me many reasons. Supervisor, good one give it back but the crew there give bad service.

No telephone ,no toothbrush ..

Nothing special, WiFi connection is weak and only have signals on hallways
