Very good hotel, Near to sibu night market,

it's ok.. hopefully you can change the towel to a new one because its look dirty with the black dot around it..

the room is simple and nice with spacious. However the room a bit smelly.

Overall the Hotel was good but only problem Is that there is NO hose in the Toilet cause difficulties to especially for Muslim Quests

The room and facilities were nice. They had everything that I needed during my stay with a spacious room and shower. They also maintain the housekeeping service in daily basis. However, I suppose their front office could do better in terms of hospitality in a way guest could make feel welcomed. But other than that, so far so good.

Bilik ok terbaik, tapi bilik air agak teruk, paip untuk tndas xde, penjaga kaunter lelaki kurang adab.

We booked the hotel for 4 people one room. But the hotel provides only 2 towels. When we asked for more towels, they could not afford a towel on the grounds that the hotel room was full and night reception are rude.

The best place to stay..near pasar malam..not far from market..sanyan mall..foods everywhere..room is big and clean..staff is friendly..

The room is spacious and clean. That's the good point about it. But the sound insulation is really not good. First 2 nights were okay probably because no one staying beside us. But the last night was terrible as we couldn't sleep well because of the chit-chat from another room.

Ok, cheap. Big room. Just not so clean.

Room service is great as they clean the room every single day. As for the receptionist, it was okay since it is easy to request for something although a bit slow in getting it. The environment of the room was quite gloomy due to the usage of the lamp. The location of hotel is good as it is near to Sibu Central Market, supermarket and handicraft shop. At night however, the environment in this area is very quiet. So, it is highly advisable that you do not go out at night if you stay here.

Room is spacious and clean. But aircond a bit warm and take a very long time to get cold.
