부티크 호텔의 위치가 전략적으로 고려되지만, 거미줄, 먼지, 작은 바퀴벌레 등이 있어 객실 청결이 개선될 것으로 예상됩니다. 생수를 매일 요청했지만 예약 시 제공되지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터, 객실 내 전화, 세탁 서비스는 제공되지 않습니다.

Very strategic location, nice comfy bed. However the bathroom smell bad, especially when ventilation is turned off.

Location is good but don't have elevator and many mosquito.

We don't get bath towel when we arrived. Must ask 3 times to the receptionist first. Room was too small and dirty, power outlet is loosen from the wall. The receptionist was so slow. Good points: nearby to delicious and affordable restaurants, and nearby to MRT station.

Too much mosquitoes inside and no foot massage as advertised.

Stay-in after MCO 2.0. Not happy with the room cause it was not clean up properly, table and bed is dusty, the floor is not clean up as well.

Very low level. Very dirty. No massage chair. We never go already

Sangat teruk.. Dalam trevaloka 3 bintang tapi tv rosak, bilik air paip rosak.. Lepas ni tak akan stay dah sini.

Staf oke namun tiada lift untuk naik ketingkat.

Just 2mins walking tp the mall (sunway giza). Clean and comfy, worth the price.

Kamar seperti tidak dibersihkan karena di bantal ada banyak rambut pendek, handuk harus minta dulu baru dikasih. Tidak ada lift jadi bawa barang naik-naik tinggi sekali.Ttidak ada sabun, sikat dan lain-lain. Dengan harga yang sama di hotel lain lebih baik pilih hotel lain.

Check-in jam 14 tapi saya tiba jam 14 kamar saya belum siap. Jadi saya harus menunggu 30 menit pelayanannya mengecewakan.

this is the 4th stay of mine and I'm happy with the previous stays, but now the hotel seems like lake of maintenance, many wall cracks in the room and dysfunctional lights at the corridors. need to improve on the maintenance.

Place is clean , near to shopping mall & food stalls. Recommended.

Room have ants, toilet door can’t close, WC toilet cover can’t close.
