ได้รับบริการที่คุ้มค่ามาก มี Afternoon tea ให้ ไอศครีมใช้ของฮาเก้นดาส ตอน Check in พนักงานบริการดีมาก อาหารที่ห้องอาหารถือว่าโอเคเลย แนะนำว่าอาหารไทยทำได้อร่อย ตอนกลางคืนมี Surprise Birthday cake ให้ พื้นที่ใช้สอยภายในห้องกำลังดี สะอาด อุปกรณ์ครบครัน minibar สามารถกินได้ทุกอย่าง ไม่มีหวงของ มีทั้งขนม น้ำผลไม้ น้ำอัดลม ที่ชอบมากคือน้ำดื่มใช้ของคริสตัล และให้มาเลย 6 ขวด Breakfast มีให้เลือกเยอะ สั่งได้ไม่อั้น มีน้ำมะพร้าวเป็นลูก ๆ ให้ด้วย สวนและทางเดินสะอาดเรียบร้อยดูแลอย่างดี ตอน Check out มีกาแฟ Nespresso ให้เลือกระดับความเข้มให้กินฟรีอีกต่างหาก ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปมากๆ หากเทียบกับที่อื่น

분위기도 좋고, 객실도 아름답고, 직원들의 마인드도 좋았습니다. 매우 인상적이네요. 가시는 거라면 아무것도 드실 필요 없어요. 간식과 디저트는 항상 제공됩니다. 음식이 맛있습니다. 당신은 분명히 다시 돌아올 것입니다. 추신 방에 테이블을 추가하고 싶습니다. 음식이 너무 많아서 둘 곳이 없었어요.😋

I don't have enough words to describe how great was my stay at The Series Resort Khaoyai. The hospitality started when the staff called me and informed that my room is ready for check in. When we arrived there, the staff (forgot to ask the name, the young girl with the glasses) came to the car with the umbrella and guide me to the lobby. She served the welcome drink (the best welcome drink ever) and took me for the hotel tour and room tour, she explained every detail of the hotel and the service. The room was incredible with Bali style (make me feel home, I'm Indonesian and stuck in Bangkok for 3 years cause of covid19), there is warm welcome letter on the bed. The resort also give the complimentary for the afternoon tea with 2 basket of cake, Thai Small bites appetizer with the many options of tea and 2 cups of Hagen daz ice cream. The hospitality don't stop there, they also brought as snacks to the room with sweet good night letter and drinks to the pool when we were swimming in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, many options of food and all taste delicious. The time of check out, they still amazed me with another complimentary (again), they packed me 2 drinks with 2 homemade cookies and accompany me to the car with the umbrella. The best resort I ever stay in Thailand! Really high recommended to stay there. Private place, fresh air, nature view, clean and fresh room, big bathtub and free mini bar (yass free). I will absolutely come back again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you for all the hospitality and the service. Great job 👏🏽

ประทับใจมากถึงมากที่สุด โรงแรมสวย สะอาด ที่สำคัญไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมที่พนักงานบริการดีมาก อาหารเช้าดี สรุปคุ้มค่าสุดๆ โอกาสหน้าคงต้องเป็น ลค ประจำ

มาพักเป็นครั้งที่2 และจะต้องมีครั้งที่3,4,5ไปเรื่อยๆ รีสอร์ทสวยงามเงียบสงบ บรรยากาศสำหรับการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง afternoon tea อร่อยมาก มีเซอร์ไพร้เค้กวันเกิด น่ารักที่สุด

มาครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว และมีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกแน่นอน เรียกได้ว่ามีร้อยคะแนนให้ร้อนเต็ม ดีทุกอย่างไม่มีที่ติเลยจริงๆ

การบริการดีมากๆค่ะ สมราคา พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส น่ารักทุกคน แล้วจะกลับไปอีกค่ะ

ที่นี่พนักงานบริการดีมากเลยค่ะ ดีที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับที่ไปพักโรงแรมราคาประมานเดียวกันนะคะ น่ารักทุกคนจริงๆตั้งแต่เข้าพักจนออก อาหารเช้าดีมาก รสชาติอาหารอร่อย มีให้เลือกเยอะ ช่วงบ่ายก็ยังมีอาหารว่างให้ด้วย มีทั้งคาว ทั้งหวาน ทั้งชากาแฟ ในส่วนของห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อย แอร์เย็น ทันสมัยค่ะ มินิบาร์ก็ทานได้หมดทุกอย่างไม่คิดเพิ่มแล้ว โดยรวมแล้วดีมากค่ะ ไปซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ อ้อ! ลืมนิดนึงค่ะ ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ออกจะมีน้ำให้เรามาดื่มตอนเดินทางด้วยค่ะ คนละ 1 แก้ว คือใจอ่ะ น่ารักสุดๆ❤️❤️

จากที่ได้อ่านรีวิวที่รีสอร์ทแห่งนี้มาหลายเดือนได้ไปเข้าพักเมื่อกลางเดือน11/2018รู้สึกประทับใจกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือและการบริการที่ยิ้มด้วยความเต็มใจในทุกการบริการใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียดของผู้เข้าพักได้ดีมาก บรรยากาศภายในรีสอร์ทร่มรื่น อากาศผ่อนคลายไม่ร้อน ชอบกลิ่นในห้องพักมากมันทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายกลิ่นที่ทางรีสอร์ทใช้คือกลิ่นมะลิ หอมจนต้องไปขอให้ทางแม่บ้านมาฉีดซ้ำก่อนนอนอีกรอบ ส่วนอาหารมื้อเย็นที่ทางรีสอร์ทเตรียมไว้ให้ไม่ได้ลงรูปไว้จะคล้ายๆขันโตกที่ทำมาพอดีคำจะเน้นไปทางขนมเบเกอรี่ชิ้นเล็กๆแต่มีหลากหลายกินคู่กับน้ำชาที่มาเป็นพ็อตร้อนๆดื่มแก้เลี่ยนได้ดีมีชาหลายกลิ่นให้เลือกด้วยเลิสมากเพราะชอบดื่มชาอยู่แล้ว ส่วนตอนเช้ามีอาหารให้เลือกกินแบบบุฟเฟ่ให้เข้าไปเลือกตักกินได้แบบไม่อั้น+อาหารที่ทำสดใหม่จานต่อจานที่สั่งกินได้เรื่อยๆ(07.00-10.00) โดยรวมประทับใจทุกอย่างคะคุ้มค่ากับการมาพักผ่อนมากคะทริปนี้🤩

บริการดีมากๆ ชอบทุกอย่าง ทั้งบรรยากาศ ห้องพัก อาหาร

Nice and friendly staff, The hotel is quite private. the room is lovely and very clean. The hotel provide a lot of complementary for us. We ordered food for dinner more than 800 THB, the hotel gave us free a steak (grilled beef). When we arrived and went in to the room. They put a welcome card on our bed and when we back from outside, also found small pieces of chocolate. When we checked out the give us two cup of coffee and cookies. If we back to Khao yai again, we will stay here.

하룻밤 숙박을 정말 즐겼습니다! The Series는 다른 곳들보다 환대 서비스 면에서 최고 수준입니다. 지금까지 카오야이에서 가장 마음에 드는 리조트가 되었어요! 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요!
