Pelayanan sangat bagus dan dekat tempat pusat belanjaan.

Proses check in sangat lambat sehingga saya terpaksa call agen online kerana nombor telifon yang diberikan 2 tidak berfungsi, 1 nombor lagi katanya bukan dia uruskan tapi sebenarnya dia yang uruskan. Susah bercakap kerana yang uruskan merupakan orang luar negara.

Service is fine but the room is super nasty n ugly, not worth my money at all, it supposed to be the best hotel, but not.

Although the furniture is a bit old but in terms of ambiance and convenience it matches the hotel rooms at Berjaya Hotel.

This is not a hotel but a private suite being rent per night. The facilities are old, not too clean, no room service and since it's a private suite don't expecting it have a breakfast service. If you are expecting a good place to spend a night with your loved ones better look other hotel, but if you are on budget I think it will suit you.

Sangat mengecewakan: 1. saya dan keluarga harus menunggu hampir 4 jam di lantai lobby tower A karena tidak ada pic yang datang mengurus kami 2. Kami tidak mendapat kamar yang sesuai pesanan kami, pesanan kami adalah kamar dengan 1 double bed dan 1 single bed dengan kapasitas dewasa 3 orang per kamar. Tapi dengan enteng dikatakan semua kamar sudah habis, dan hanya disediakan kamar dengan 1 double bed. Dengan terpaksa saya harus menerima karena anak saya yang masih 1.5 tahun terus menangis karena tidak nyaman berada di lantai lobby. 3. tidak ada kompensasi apapun untuk kerugian waktu, dan ketidaksesuaian jenis kamar yang diberikan. 4. Pic kamar ini sangat tidak profesional, kami sudah melapor ke security gedung dan pic tersebut juga mendapat teguran dari security gedung. 5. tidak ada permintaan maaf atau kompensasi apapun juga atas kejadian ini. 6. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk pengunjung lain.Semoga tidak terulang pada pelanggan lain. 7. Alasan dari pihak pengelola, kamar yang dibooking sedang rusak, dan tidak bisa dipakai, sangat tidak masuk akal, dan pihak pengelola juga sangat tidak peduli keluhan dari kami. Sangat tidak ramah, dan sulit berkomunikasi dalam bahasa inggris.

I was falling in love for the first time of this place and the view was great but bad things and make me feel uncomfortable or unhappy because it's so dirty and smelly. I would love to come back as long as you kept the cleaning service really doing good

Good location & nice view. But pillows were too soft. Also insufficient towel & floor mat.

Check in was a bit confusing but my family had a wonderful stay in your facility. perfect view, high floor (42). a bit comment to improve: a/c noisy, bathroom leaking. your guests needs floor mat. others are perfect and we will come back again.
