괜찮은 호텔이지만 약간 낡은 느낌이 듭니다. 객실 업그레이드를 추천합니다. 전반적으로 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원들과 깨끗하고 쾌적한 환경 덕분에 좋은 경험이었습니다.

위치가 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 음식도 맛있습니다. 다만 디럭스룸이 조금 오래된 느낌이라 업그레이드되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

잠도 안 잤고, 울부짖지도 않았어요. 버스도 놓쳤고, 배도 놓쳤어요. 다음에 가면 정말 쥬시하게 만들어 드릴게요.

The room which I booked, a lot of small flies inside. We have to call the housekeeper to help us on spraying the insecticide, and also to add on a standing to get rid of the smell.

Strategic location and easy access to tourist spot, within walking distance to Mongolit tunnel, clock tower, street food. Very convenient!

We booked 4 rooms, but 4 rooms also aircond noisy happen! the hotel was old, everything old, but lucky still can use, swimming pool also old, shower room no shower gel, but have dispensers!! The shower tap also broken!! is time to refurbish the hotel

โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหญ่ ที่จอดรถสะดวก อยู่กลางใจเมือง. ต่ห้องพัก เก่า ห้องแรกที่เข้าพัก เหม็นอับมาก ขนาดเป็นชั้นที่ ไม่สูบบุหรี่ เลยต้องขอเปลี่ยนห้อง พอได้ห้องใหม่ เหม็นอับน้อยลง อาหารเช้า ก็โอเคร มีหลากหลาย

Stayed for 3d2n on 10.6-12.6.19~stupid rules swimming pool why don't you inform earlier in web that your swimming pool must wear proper swimming suit..i paid so expensive for this kind of service. Your hotel is not that great you know from outside look grand but inside look so old and nothing special about it..dirty room..old style..old furniture..kettle dirty..carpet smell wet..hallway smell stuffy..room look gloomy..light not enough bright..last but not least your cleaning service cleaner should not enter our room without permission if we are not around and left our belongings and missing how we want to find out? So I am not recommended this hotel at all to anyone. Thank you but no thanks. Lousy hotel ever.

Overall it is quite okay. Breakfast is fine and a lot of choices. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Its distance to the shops is quite nearby.

This hotel is first very clean and comfortable. It is situated in the town centre and convenient to walk around. Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful.

วิวสวย โรงแรมดูเก่า แต่สะอาด อาหารตอนเช้าธรรมดามาก มาในช่วงทัวร์ลงต้องแย่งชิงหาที่นั่งกันในห้องอาหาร ส่วนยามบริการดี แต่พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์ ดูงงงง ซื้อผ่านแอพมาแล้วยังจะให้จ่ายเงินอีกรอบ สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ดี โดยรวมดี ถ้าปรับปรุงให้ดูใหม่ทันสมัยกว่านี้จะดีมากก

Nice facility but chaotic buffet breakfast

Clean and high quality fitting room. Rooms are carpeted but unfortunately lack of non smoking room. Noisy and unruly Malaysian tourists spoilt the hotel's classy environment. Reasonable buffet breakfast spread but lack of staff to clean up tables, and another unfortunate greedy tourists messing up the place. Overall it's probably the best hotel at layback Betong town.

Big but need to refurbish again internally
