The receptionist was very helpful 👍 and the room was very comfortable 🙂.

Nobody service and the door close, can not check out, very bad situation.

The room look older than the picture, the light in the bathroom not working when you turn on the heater. The receptionist was sleeping when I want to check in etc etc.

The staff was very concern and helpful even though there was water supply disruption whereby we cannot even use the shower and toilet during the stay. Anyway, the water supply issue is not the hotel 's fault.

The room is comfy, big. But the wall paint is crack. The hotel only provide bodywash, no toothpaste & brush teeth. Difficult to check out early as reception only open at 8.30 a. M.

Bilik bersih. Counter staff yang helpful.

Place surrounded with thug's , can't sleep at night because many thug and drunk people keep yelling and made noisy even in mid night. But, their room clean and comfortable.

Sangat menyenangkan di hotel sangat bersih.

Saya berpuas hati menginap di hotel Rock & Roll. Keadaan bilik sangat selesa. Staff sangat ok. Sentiasa ada staff menunggu di kaunter pendaftaran. Jadi saya tidak berasa takut sepanjang menginap di hotel ini. Parking di kawasan hotel semasa hari bekerja adalah di bawah Majlis Bandaraya Klang. Jadi kena sediakan kupon parking. Bagi saya pula hal parking tiada masalah sebab saya keluar sebelum 7 am & balik 5pm. Selepas pukul 5 pm saya bebas parking. Walaupun hotel tidak menyediakan tempat makan tetapi bayak pilihan tempat makan yang boleh saya pergi antaranya Restoran Warong Warisan Asli, Pizza Hut, dan depan pintu hotel pun ada warong nasi lemak sedap & warong burger.

Staff hotel yang mesra, bilik yang selesa, harga yang rendah. Saya pasti datang lagi ke Rock n Roll Hotel.

Bilik ok. Bilik air ok. Staff baik membantu. Luar bilik are air Coway so senang nak minum air. Parking je susah sikit. Yang lain puas hati.
