Our 1 night stay was awesome.. Although it is classified as homestay, the room was way better than some hotels around Ipoh

Well maintained, clean and spacious rooms.

It is located not too far from town and the surrounding was quiet throughout our entire stay. Room was spacious and well appointed. Definitely a place we plan stay again if we go for another short Ipoh trip!

WiFi super fast and new bungalow

Unfortunately I have a break in to my car in the middle of the night for the first night, mainly due to the gateless from the homestay. Nonetheless, the manager and owner are pretty kind to help me out to check in the cctv and making police report. Albeit it takes up half of my day to run the unnecessary errand, overall I think that place was pretty cool and clean. Area to improve : - security around that area - breakfast served - backyard and the housekeeper - need further training for organized and cleanliness - security through the room window - as its gonna be easy to break in if there is an intention. Thank you

So far so great! Only the food is not enough great. Need more food for breakfast and also room service. Especially to those who cannot go out for dinner.
