Bersih, staff friendly, ease access

Staf hotel sangat peramah dan baik, harga murah dan selesa.

Masalah air harus perbaiki sediakan baldi ditandas.

Terrific place for tourist. The place was super cozy and the bathroom was clean. the staffs were very considerate and attended to all of our request. the place is also surrounded with restaurants, shops and many more..the place also night market every friday and saturday and also the most popular sunday market in the morning... will definitely come here again..one criticism I can give is that the air conditioning was a bit noisy... but other than that the place was great!

Akinabalu was a very cozy place to stay especially those who don't want to spend too much time in there room. bathrooms are clean and the staffs are so friendly as they assisted us so much. also it is a great and strategical place for tourist to go around the kk area especially visiting the sunday market at gaya street.

This accommodation have fair location. But the bed and bunker is quite old. It is squeaking the whole night when the sleeper move even a bit. Very disturbing. Anyhow, the host quite good they provide simple bfast. Toast bread and coffee. Self serve however satisfying.

The staffs are very helpful, friendly and understanding. The environment feels like home especially in lobby area, where you, can just relax and talk with new friends. I have a very good impression of this hostel.

The atmosphere is inviting. The price is right

Overall ok. Stay private room. But suggested for toilet cleanliness and facilities can be further improve. Ok but there is still room for improvement. Wonder still got few guests wearing shoes or sandals upstairs.
