I booked and paid for a deluxe room in advance but the female receptionist said they only had superior room and told me to either stay or leave. she was so rude. she said "we don't have deluxe today. you want to stay or not?". after a long journey I didn't want to find another hotel so I had to stay at the superior room although I paid for a deluxe. however the next day they moved me to deluxe and paid me 160 baht for compensation. the deluxe is way better than superior which doesn't even have a safety box. the male receptionist on the other hand is very nice

Hài lòng về mọi thứ, điểm trừ duy nhất là nhân viên lễ tân tại đây. Suốt kỳ nghỉ tại khách sạn này nhân viên lễ tân chưa hề nở nụ cười với chúng tôi một lần nào. Khi tôi giao passport để check in, người nhân viên này xem và nói với đồng nghiệp "Vietnam!"
