프런트 데스크 직원들은 정말 정중하고 친절했습니다. 2일 동안 무료 아침 식사를 제공받았습니다. 객실은 매우 편안하고 조용했습니다. 존커 스트리트 한가운데에 있어서 위치가 최고였습니다. 다음 여행도 꼭 기대하겠습니다.

Service is great, room clean, and coffee is provided. They also provide free breakfast, which was told when checking in. The location is really near Jonker Market. The downside is that you're gonna park a bit far at the parking area due to the road being closed for the market. But overall, I really recommended this hotel. 😊

The hotel wasn't big but it was quite lovely. Location was great, near Jonker Street. There's a unique lift for max 2 adults. The room layout was great & the facilities were decent, they also provided iron & the ironing board inside the room. Breakfast was made by order & it tasted great. Had a very pleasant stay here.

The check in and check out process was very smooth. The room and the bath room was clean. The location is superb, right in the middle of Jonker. The staff was very helpful. The elevator experience is fun.

the hotel is located like in a back alley and the parking is far. if you are with friends or not coming with family it will be okay it think. But not suitable for family.

Kamar tidak kedap suara, di pinggir jalan jadi berisik suara motor, orang bicara di luar pintu kamar saja kedengaran. Handuk kena madu suruh ganti rugi dan bayarkan handuknya. liftnya tidak layak. lift barang dipakai manusia. tidak manusiawi. benar-benar pengalaman buruk.

Menyenangkan, design hotel mendukung dan melengkapi liburan di Area Heritage Melaka. Para staff cukup ramah dan helpful pada tamu. Area hotel sangat dekat ke Jonker street dan weekend market street, juga kearea kunjungan lainnya. Kamar dan ruangan hotel lainnya cukup sangat bersih. Namun yang kurang menyenangkan adalah sarapan. Hanya diberikan pilihan sekitar 6 menu sarapan, tea dan coffee. Tamu dengan anak, harus membayar tambahan RM 18/menu.

Sangat modern, direkomendasikan karena berada di area jonker. Sehingga sangat mudah mencari makanan. Kamar bersih dan interiornya sangat bagus.

Their beautifully designed themed rooms was one of the reasons why I chose to stay. I got the Dutch-inspired Kapit room, which was cheery and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the central location just off Jonker Street. The breakfast was nice - you get a pre-ordered meal rather than a buffet, but it was filling enough.
