Not clean room, smell not good. Have no breakfast as booking.

The location is good because it is the nearest in the airport. The rate is fine as well, it's cheap. The rooms are cute, good for solo travelers and a day or two accommodation. The only problem I encountered was the staffs that can't speak english. The guy on duty in the morning offered me a car service going to the airport for my flight at night. Before I leave the hotel in the evening, I called the receptionist to say that they may call the driver to get ready so I don't have to wait long in the lobby but the receptionist just said "no English" and immediately hang up the phone while I was trying to speak slowly so he can understand. When I go downstairs, there are 2 guys in the reception are and I told them I was the one who called a while ago. Both of them couldn't understand me and they called someone that I can speak with. I think that was their supervisor which was the guy on duty in the morning. I was still able to get the car service but I would suggest that they work on (at least) basic English communication or hire someone who can communicate well using the international language as they are in hospitality industry. That's all. The rest are fine. I was in 4th floor but they don't have stairs but it's fine with me. I just considered it as a form of exercise 😜

Cơ sở vật chất rất ok, tuy nhiên địa chỉ khách sạn khó tìm, mất gần 100k đi đến, xung quanh không có hàng quán, phải đi xa mới tìm được thức ăn.

Tạm được, tiếp tân chưa niềm nở. Ở chung nên có cảm giác không an toàn

Gần nội bài, nhưng phải đi đường vòng mới tới được, mọi thứ khác thì đều ok

Trừ vấn đề nam nữ ở chung có phần hơi ngại, nhưng nhìn chung mọi thứ đều ổn vì bạn cùng phòng rất lịch sự.

Such a great kickstart for my Hanoi trip! The staff were very excellent, couldn't thank them more. I got lost on my way there, so someone came to pick me up past midnight. Also, the receptionist offered me a coffee and a good breakfast when I checked out. He didn't let me pay for it. I booked the dorm bed at 64,000 VND but I definitely got more than what I paid for. The room has 6 beds, and it's ensuite. Has free toiletries and also a TV in the room. It was fancy!
