The room was old and not properly maintained for the rate we arecan paying. The tap water was not properly maintain and water trickling into the sink. Could not sleep on first nite because of the noise from the bus terminal across the road. However we received friendly assistance and they changed our room for 2nd nite. However I found out the water heater ELCB was not functioning at all when I tested it. Someone can get electrocution if there a electrical leak while taking a shower.

Lots of hairs on blanket and bed sheet. Toilet and room was smelly . Using the old door lock system and room was very small. Not satisfied with the price paid😔😔

The room require proper maintenance since the curtain rail is broken. It may fell down on the bed if it’s not repaired.

Staff ramah, pelayanan bagus, tapi harga dan bilik tak berbaloi.

The room is smelly, bedsheet is dirty and there's centipede around. The toilet is worst with the smell.

Kurang sesuai dengan yang di gambar. Padahal harganya sudah lumayan mahal. Hotelnya sama seperti jenis hotel melati di indonesia.

Bilik tiada cerek untuk masak air panas, terpaksa ke lobi untuk ambil air panas. Juga boleh dengar suara dari penghuni bilik sebelah dengan jelas. Ada TV dalam bilik tetapi tidak boleh guna.

I don't know about others room but for single room its okay.
