The staff are accommodating, place is accessible because its right beside the main highway and near SM Lanang and Damosa Market place. Quiet room but it old. Old furniture, some of the lights are not working and cannot adjust the air conditioner but it was spacious.

Check in was hassle free. Nice and accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet was good.

Photos were very deceiving. Expectations versus reality. furniture were outdated. muggy smell on carpets. bed was not comfortable.

Grand Regal Hotel Davao is already old, elevators sucks, their staff was so persistent to clean up my room around 8:30am even though I already told him to just clean after I check out by 10am. He was so annoying. The food for breakfast was also not good. No TV signal, slow internet,no bidet, no duvet cover just thin blanket. I will never book again in this hotel.

Rooms are larger than most hotels. We had 2 toddlers with us so it was really nice they have a lot of space to move around. Though the hotel is really outdated, its generally clean. Oh, one thing they need to install are bidets! :) Breakfast buffet had so many choice. Will definitely stay there again.

The room is big enough and comfortable. ambiance is relaxing. buffet breakfast is good and satisfying. thumbs up for a very good service. surely recommend to my other friends.

Hotel is outdated. We had to transfer to another room the second night as apparently we were the only guest on the floor. But it was ok, it's Christmas. :) Anyway, it still has its classic beauty. However they seriously need to think about installing bidets :)

An old fashioned hotel with good interiors. No cable for 2 days, toilet when flushed overflowed, though when front desk was informed, maintenance got up quickly. Slow internet connection.

The hotel does not meet to expectations based on facilities and upkeep.

swimming pool is under renovation and it doesn't appear on your note or reminder. aircon is not cold and i transferred 3 times. all rooms are almost same temperature. not so cold. the establishment is quiet old, tub is old though it's clean. no bidet. food is so so.. staffs are accommodating and friendly though.

1 First when I tried to check in I was kept waiting over one hour at the desk ( at 11 pm night ) 2 the reason they said the booking not found. 3 I booked for premier room but they said no booking for premier room. made mistake 4 after 50 minutes of standing at desk they said they can give me an alternate room lesser category. 5 repeatedly they said was sent the wrong booking, for your information I have my own hotel, about 90 room inventory, I have idea of how the travel portals work and I am dealing with them everyday After I talked with the manager he agreed they sold out and they are not updating the inventory online Then after one hour and 7 minutes to be exact they gave me a room at 1207 am which I had a nightmare with smelly sheets and bed, and no wifi signal in room. Spent 4 long hours in the room checked out with great disappointment at early.

It was a nice experience staying here at grand regal hotel. Breakfast is fine. Even though the breads are not that fresh.

The experience here was okay. I was disappointed with the premiere room. It was the same with the superior room or the deluxe room of other hotels. The description of the premiere room was with city-view and sea-view but no sea-view was seen. I thought the room they gave me was a deluxe room. There was nothing to amaze me with the room. The facilities was just okay. I tried the sauna.
