Clean room and friendly staff.

Sangat-sangat kecewa katil ada hama. Try ke kaunter untuk tukar tapi tiada orang bertugas. Habis kulitku gatal-gatal. Harap-harap tolong sanitize tilam tu dengan insect repelent. Merana gatal-gatal kulit disebabkan hama

Decent place. Clean, room is quite large, ac and TV is working. The place is a bit far from sunway medical if you choose to walk. But brt station is nearby.

Staffs friendly staffs. Close to everything. There is a cheap and delicious burger next to the hotel opened in the evening. The girl selling burger is very pretty and professional and kindhearted. She feeds stray cats in the area. Please support her business so that she can have money to help poor cats.

I always stay here when outstation. Easy to find food for lunch and dinner and near to mart too. Its recommended for short stay. Not suitable for family with baby because it might disturb other guest if baby crying.

staffs were friendly, the hotel was neat and tidy, the room I stayed was neat and tidy too with drinking water, packet coffee tea, toilet soap and shampoo provided.

Petugas housekeepernya ceroboh karena setelah selesai dy tidak pastikan pintu saya terkunci. saya plang dari luar. Pintu hotel dalam keadaan terbuka lebar dan saat saya mintanya kereceptionis dan bilang kenapa bisa seseceroboh itu. Dia bilang gak tau dan gak memperdulikan saya.

Hotel nyaman dengan budget yang sesuai, toilet bersih. Semuanya bersih namun untuk lemari tidak tersedia hanger untuk menggatung pakaian. Puas lah di Sunjoy9 :)

Not clean, bed got stains and bed bugs.

FOA on duty was not friendly at all. Communicate with guests by using unpleasant gestures and obviously showed her anger in accommodating guest requests.

Cleanliness was not so good, pillow sheet not clean and very smelly

Best budget hotel. Satu-satunya kekurangan saat stay di sini adalah showernya yg sangat kurang lancar, but still works.

Only decent. bed sheets wasn't really cleaned properly. there are some odd request from the staff on asking for AC remote. please do not do that to other guest next time.
