거실은 깨끗하지만 소파에 얼룩이 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하지만 침대 시트는 그다지 깨끗하지 않습니다. 색깔이 다른 여러 가지 수납 용기가 있습니다. 화장실은 깨끗하지만 변기 내부는 깨끗하지 않습니다. 주방, 냉장고, 전자레인지가 있습니다. TV에는 넷플릭스와 유튜브가 나옵니다. 편리합니다. 에어컨은 냉방 속도가 느립니다. 객실 카드가 하나밖에 없어서 여러 명이 묵을 경우 불편할 수 있습니다. 카드를 전기 요금으로 사용해야 하기 때문에 자주 드나들 수 없습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 호텔이 만실일 경우 주차가 어려우니 아파트를 예약하는 것이 더 나을 것 같습니다. 아파트에는 주차 공간이 있습니다.

프런트 데스크에서 방 청소 시간을 물었지만 체크아웃할 때까지 청소 서비스가 제공되지 않았습니다. 또한 방에 창문이 있다고 생각했지만 없었습니다. 체크인 시간에 프런트 데스크에 방을 바꿔 달라고 요청했는데, 그 남자는 내일까지 기다리라고 했고 심지어 아침에도 직원들은 그날 밤 체크인 시간부터 가능하다고 말했습니다. 나아질 겁니다.

My 1st time here. Receptionist bagus. Friendly. Servis cepat. Waterpark sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan juga dewasa.

The room is not big but very clean. The car park is very limited. The breakfast service at the room. The gym has a nice view to laguna water park and is clean. The best experience is Laguna water park suitable for children and also for adults and not crowded. Overall I feel comfortable with this hotel 's services.

1.) Bayar RM300++ tapi bilik terlalu kecil memang tak selesa tak setanding dengan harga..nak solat pun susah sebab ruang bilik sangat sempit..kalau ikutkan dengan harga bilik di hotel lain memang dah selesa banyak dah tu sangat tak puas hati 2.) Paip air dalam toilet dan shower bocor 3.) Katil jenis kayu berbunyi- bunyi macam nak roboh 4.) Makanan pun mahal order maggie kuah ingatkan masak tapi terkejut dapat maggie cup je kosong pulak tu cuma letak telur mata je tapi sampai rm13++ memang tak berbaloi

I just can say this hotel is so god. From check in to check out everything very smooth. I like the vibes here very family kind of concept although I travel alone. Surprisingly the food also so nicee and kudos to the chef cooked perfectly all the dishes. Kudos to all the team grand orient from hotel manager Mr. James and his team doin a fantastic job making hospitality great again. Definitely will come again and bring my family to enjoy their theme park.

Waterpark memang best cuma servis ke bilik agak lambat.
