The electricity for a two bedroom apartment and everything in it was far too small. Example, if we wanted to use the fridge, the AC must be turned off. If we wanted to turn on the water heater, the fridge must be turned off. It goes the same way with turning on TV, water dispenser, hair iron, rice cooker, etc. We went overboard the moment we got there by turning on three things at the same time and the electricity turned off. We need to wait for more that four hours until it was turned back on. I personally called agent's customer service and it's even worse. I was only asking if I could cancel the booking or not because my family and I are not comfortable and wanted to move out. Waiting for that single question to be answered took me about six or seven hours. I called several times and the answer is the same, to wait more. I pissed of because the first time I called, she told me to wait max 45 minutes. So does the second and third call. So yes I was not a pleasant experience. The owner of the apartment room was nice though.
