I would recommend it to everyone, especially seafarer ' s coming from different Philippine provinces. The place is accessible for transportation, malls, and other essential needs you want.

Guests don't wear their face masks at all, and are tolerated by management, some are having symptoms of coughs and colds. In a full house airconditioned dorm type accommodation, expect to get the virus before checking out.

The service is good and the area is clean, however if you stay on the 5f the bar background is quite noisey but overall its good. And cheap in Malate.

It's cheaper if you book direct there. And for dorm bed, the upper bed is without any curtain, meanwhile bottom bed has curtain. Its a bit unfair. Even me and other person need to make my own “curtain” in my own bed with their bed sheet. Also they don't have blanket, they use bed sheet as the blanket. Noisy at night, since the surrounding area is maybe karaoke place or night club. I don't know But the location is good.

The photos they posted for their [shared bathroom] and [with bathroom] rooms are the same, and both were too different in actual. I booked the [shared bathroom] room, but it was too small, not well-ventilated, and too dim and the airconditioner was noisy. One good thing about it though was that they allowed me to add to my booking payment for transfer to a [with bathroom] room, which was far better than the one I booked (note: the same photos were posted for both rooms), and my stay went smoothly from there. I suggest they change the photos they post in their booking sites to actual ones, and if you are planning to book here, invest on the [with bathroom] option; significant price difference but way, way better.

My guest said it was unsatisfying. The picture description of the room doesn't match the expectation of my guest. It was different. I'm losing my confidence in booking and recommending hotel here. I hope pictures and descriptions have to be factual.

It's near from robinson and a lot of tour places that we want to visit in manila. The staffs are nice and ready to help us if there is problem. But our room unfortunately smell from the toilet but if we turn on the exhaust, it's better. Wi fi only at lounge. It will be nice if wi fi available in room.

the service at the front desk unsatisfying, she was prioritized local people instead who came at first. the room is quite small for two people inside and a lot of noise outside the hostel. but however, the place is strategic, near to many attractions.

The hostel staff were actually helpful and kind, but we got annoying neighbor on the next room that always disturb us and it's too noisy on the road in front of our hostel.
