호텔에서 3층 객실을 제공하면 꼭 바꿔주시고, 바꿀 수 없다면 머물지 마세요.

지도상 위치가 일치하지 않는데, 위치가 KPJ 푸테리 병원에서 230m 거리에 있다고 해서 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 실제로는 병원과는 거리가 멀었습니다. 그 외에도 우리가 얻은 방은 주차장이 있는 호텔 건물 밖에 위치해 있어서 매우 불편했습니다. 위와 옆집에서 자동차가 들어오고 나가는 매우 큰 소음은 말할 것도 없습니다.

I took apartment, 2 bedroom 1 hall. The apartment was nice. Breakfast was good. They have a beautiful lobby. Parking was okay. It just they took higher rate of deposit. Overall was a great stay !

This is a 3-stars hotel rated as 4-stars. I booked for 2 nights, these are real experienced comments: - AC is not uniform from room-to-room. My room got the broken one. They couldn't fix it, or refused to fix it; because on the 2nd night after requesting a fix, the problem is not solved - No engineers as staff. They use the same bell-boy for dining staff, house-keeping staff, and room service staff. Maybe this is why our AC couldn't be fixed - Non-Smoking rooms are still smoking-odored. The staff couldn't restrict guests who are smoking in the non-smoking floors. Instead, they ONLY used air refresher to get rid of the smell while the smokers still smoked all day & night long. - Hotel with no Elevator. There are only 3 floors, but no elevators.

Everything was great except 2 things. The air conditioner broke down 2 times and quite noisy sometimes. No elevator to go up to level 2.
