1. 객실 현관문을 안에서 잠글 수 없습니다. 저희 객실은 1층에 있고, 정문으로 들어가면 첫 번째 방입니다. 너무 불안합니다. 2. 화장실 문도 잠기지 않습니다. 3. 에어컨 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 18°C로 설정했는데도 방 안은 여전히 따뜻해서 숨이 막힐 것 같았습니다. 이 모든 상황을 겪고 프런트 데스크에 알렸습니다. 하지만 관리 직원이 오후 5시 이후에 이미 퇴근했다는 답변만 돌아왔습니다. 아무것도 할 수 없습니다. 다른 방이 없어서 어쩔 수 없습니다. 환불도 불가합니다.

Alhamdulillah 호텔은 거리에 있는 모든 레스토랑에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 청결도를 높이세요. 그렇지 않으면 예산에 따라 괜찮습니다.

The shower broken, the air conditioner not that strong

This is not my first time stay at the hotel. Previously, I was happy with the cleanliness. This time round however, the cleanliness was questionable. I bet the MCO have affected them. However, with a much earlier booking, a decent thorough cleaning should be done. The bathroom was not clean properly too. Booked for two nights stay but end up with just a night stay. Really hope the management would do sonethibg about this. Missed the old Hotel Lavender Senawang.

Tidak ada wifi. Padahal katanya free wifi lemari baju juga tidak ada banyak kekurangan tak sepadan dengan harga kamar yang terlalu mahal.

Bilik kecil.. harga langsung tak sesuai dengan bilik.. terdapat tompok kotoran pada cadar dan bantal.

The family room is too small. There is no space for prayers. Not worth for money. Won't come here again.

Bilik yang selesa dan bersih. Terdapat kemudahan dobi di sebelah hotel yang amat memudahkan. Juga terdapat restoran berdekatan yang hanya perlu berjalan kaki, terbaik!!!

Room ok. Toilet ok. Ample car park. Water dispenser provided. Mart nearby. Deposit RM50. Location far from Seremban.

Lokasi yang baik tetapi bilik berbau asap rokok yang kuat, check out awal kerana tidak tahan asap rokok yang kuat.

Not so family friendly.. not for family with small kids.. not safety.. stated that have breakfast.. but no breakfast at all.. they have stop the service..

I am not satisfied with the problem that they put 4 hours stay in and i have to add more money to make it a full one night. Also I'm not satisfy with the non refundable money once we've book it.

Both rooms (B208 & B210) we cant lock the toilet doors. Meanwhile, the iron and board was placed outside the room for all guests to use and this is ok with us.

Decent budget hotel. Single room is a bit cramped and lacks a table to put my laptop but not a big deal if you are not fussy. Comes with own private bathroom with heater which is nice. Hotel is located some distance away from seremban 1 and 2 so be prepared to take grab cars. Not many choices of food around the hotel mostly mamak or overpriced Malay food.

yes. admit cheap but how come the bedsheets seems like not charge from previous customers, dirty and the mineral water also not provided as well the toiletries not provide. please improve the service deliver to customers because hotel already comfortable and nice.

Went there for a short stay with my spouse. Spacious parking, friendly front desk & comfortable room.

No local TV channel I paid for the breakfast but it was only a light breakfast
